Great location, close to the central square. The hotel is basic but that is reflected in the price. The rooms are entirely adequate, clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast but it looked like a decent continental offering. You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well. This hotel does exactly what it is designed for:- functional accommodation at an excellent price. We would have no hesitation in choosing this hotel again in the future.

Get what you pay for
Like staying in 3 star Hong Kong hotel. Not enough room to swing a cat, a Castres front row forward would definitely get stuck in the shower. Room clean enough but someone needs to learn how to clean round the edges. Plus points are great location, easy street parking, rooms well insulated against traffic noise and OK breakfast.

Cheap stay in central Castres
Close to the centre of town, warm clean rooms, really cheap parking next door and good breakfast. Then take in to account the very reasonable cost of all this and it was very good!

Nice friendly hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights on a rugby trip with friends. Staff were very helpful especially as we had a few problems with our booking ( nothing to do with the hotel) They didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak much French, they got a local shopkeeper in to translate which was brilliant. Close to local amenities and public transport. Would stay again

Weekend in Castres
Perfect location for a short break. Although reception is manned on a limited basis, the manager can be contacted by phone or you can use the check-in machine in the lobby. We arrived at 2.30 pm and the Manager came to check us in after a call to her. No keys are required as room codes are provided for access. Found the manager to be very friendly, helpful and obliging. Large comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Close to all amenties (shops & restaurants), short level walk from the train & bus station. Would stay here again.

Good base to visit Castres
Good location and friendly staff. Room basic but very clean. Comfy bed. Easy walking distance to trains buses and town. Make sure you bring the French booking emails with you as you need the reference numbers on these to get access to the hotel and your rooms as no one on desk. Would use again

Great Hotel at reasonable prices
Although the staff spoke little English, I had a most enjoyable stay with the little French I knew. They were very helpful, the hotel was in a very good location and central to getting out and about.

Excellent Hotel
My husband & I had very comfortable stay in the hotel. It is very clean and modern (it seems a new hotel), a very good shower, powerful internet connection, nice breakfast and good location. There is a supermarket just behind of the hotel. The staff, both at reception and cleaning were very kind and friendly. We booked the 2 nights first, and then booked the 3rd night later. We could not book the same room for the 3rd night. But when we checked in, the manager (? I am not sure) rearrange things so we could get the same room for all the nights and a very good room it was! Thank you very much.
