SEA CLIFF VILLA - A very special beautiful villa with spectacular views of the Caribbean sea with stunning sunsets to enjoy on the open spacious verandas. Sea Cliff offers privacy, great location, Caribbean charm and is exactly what you need to relax and enjoy all that St. Lucia has to offer.
The villa, recently renovated with a Caribbean minimalistic style, has gorgeous tropical fabrics throughout, luxurious quilts on the beds, veranda décor and views to write home about, all of which give the villa newness and warmth throughout.
Airport Transfers are Complimentary:
Your booking includes two complimentary airport transfers. You will be met by our designated driver. If you wish to rent a vehicle for your stay we will recommend an excellent car rental company who will deliver your rental to the house for your arrival.
Christmas Bookings
We accept dates which include the full week (minimum 7 nights) for Christmas, eg. December 22 – 27/28 and from Dec 27/28 thereafter.
We don't accept bookings any longer than 2 weeks.
Check out time is 11.00 a.m. If we don't have a same day arrival we can accommodate a later check out.
Check in is after 4pm.
Please note our house rule that only guests booked will be on property. Outside acquaintances will not be permitted at the villa so if necessary please make other arrangements. This is in the interest of security and safety.
We no longer will host groups at Carnival time.
Because of the open verandas and no gates to the pools this property is best suited to children over 6 yrs old because of the open railings and no gates to the pools. If you request we can accept younger kids and by confirming your reservation you accept all responsibility for them during your stay.

The main house sleeps 6 comfortably and with the Cottage situated a few steps away from the main house, allows for an additional 2 for your family group. The Cottage is available to any group, please let us know if you wish to have the use of it during your stay.
Location...it couldn't be more perfect. Situated on the other side of the Vigie Peninsular, it is quiet, private, secure, you are 20 minutes drive away to the north, Vigie beach is just a 10 minute walk. Vigie homeowners employ private security patrol - the villa is in a very safe upscale quiet residential area.

"All the reviews said that the pictures didn't do Sea Cliff Villa justice, and they were right. The pictures are amazing, but the villa's actual views and quality exceeded our expectations. Simply put, Sea Cliff Villa is one of the most excellent places we've ever stayed. The views are breathtaking! The amenities are top-notch. We had seven people staying in the Villa and cottage, but there was enough space that we didn't feel like we were on top of everyone. Tricia was amazing. The villa was always clean. 1. Private Power Boat Charter
A day ..or half day...to never forget on the water with your very own private chartered powerboat with captain and hostess who will fill you with knowledge of the history of the towns as you go south to the majestic Pitons - Gros Piton and Petit Piton. Stopping off at various bays for a swim and snorkel, your host will recommend a place to stop for lunch (not included in charter price). On your way back up the coast a chance to catch the sunset.
2.. If you don't wish to drive during your stay, our designated taxi driver can offer you a weeks full service starting at US$450 - 650 depending on where you wish to go to, which could include several supermarket trips, a day tour to Soufriere which your host will help you plan, a couple trips up north, out to lunch and dinner. You can discuss with our driver on the way up from the airport to the villa where you would like to go and he will work out the weeks price with you. A lot of my guests who don't want drive love this service.
3. A MUST DO!!!
An evening with your very own private Chef - its a very special occasion. Chef will meet you a day or so before your confirmed date, go over suggestions for the menu for lunch or dinner & advise on budget cost of food which he will purchase for you. On the booked special day, Chef will arrive and prep the dinner and return to prepare an incredible meal. A special evening/lunch at your very own private villa with an incredible Chef awaits you. Your private Chef can be arranged for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
4. For our hiking guests, we can recommend a private guide who will take you to hike in the rainforest to see stunning waterfalls, give you a real local sightseeing experience, and fill you with lots of knowledge of the rainforest. Message for more details.
5. Wellness at Sea Cliff: We have appointed a masseur who comes with many years experience at some of the top luxury resorts on island. Enjoy a massage of your choice for 70 or 90 mins at the villa. Please request dates 3 weeks in advance of arrival.
6. Tricia our Housekeeper offers her cooking skills for delicious local dishes for breakfast. Have a chat with her on rate for the shopping and cooking.
Recommended Restaurant/Excursions: there is a binder in the villa filled with host recommended restaurants and places to visit. When you switch over to whattsapp to communicate with your host using wifi, Val will forward lots of info and recommendations on places to go.

On arrival: Guests will be met at the villa either by your host Val, or by Tricia our Housekeeper.
MAIN HOUSE DETAILS
Bedrooms x 3:
The Master Room: King bed - ceiling fans and AC - ensuite bathroom with double glass sinks, large shower. There is a walk out deck with deck chairs to relax, steps to the garden and pathway to the pool.
1st Bedroom - Flamboyant Room: King bed or we can convert the room to 2 even 3 single beds - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC. Double louvered doors with walk out to a covered veranda with chairs to relax and enjoy the view.
2nd Bedroom - Sun's Room: Queen bed - good cupboard space - ceiling fan and AC, double louvered doors.
Flamboyant and Sun's Room share a spacious bathroom/shower/glass sink. The pebble stone shower area has a large louvered window with a gorgeous sea view. The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms.
THE COTTAGE - bedroom 4
A delightful 1 bedroom Cottage which is made available to all bookings. Mango Tree Cottage is adorable, cozy and comfy. It has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom, delightful sofa seating area and there is a desk if needed. The Cottage is located a few steps from the main house - there is an access door from the inner courtyard to the cottage.
All beds are made up with 100% cotton sheets and luxurious quilts. Bedrooms are mosquito screened.

Pools
Not one but two! Deck chairs with cushions
Verandas
Two spacious verandas which we simply refer to as the Top and the Bottom Verandas which offer outside dining and seating experience to capture the incredible sea views. Both verandas are covered.
Kitchen
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen – coffee machine, blender, kettle you name it we have it. The kitchen flows into a seating area with comfy chairs perfect for that morning read.
Board Games: Good choice of Monopoly, Risk, Scrabble, Cards - hand made backgammon board.
Laundry Room
Daily housekeeping service will look after your personal laundry requirements, services all included. There is a store room where beach towels etc. are kept. Tricia our Housekeeper will take care of you and completely spoil you during your stay.
Security
Electric gates secure the entrance to the property. Private security patrol is in place for the Vigie area with an active Neighborhood Watch program. The house has its own alarm system monitored by a private security company - you will be shown how to set the alarm. There is a wall safe available.

* Drinking Water: In an effort to reduce plastic bottles use we have installed 2 standing water filters with large water bottles supplied by the villa.
*A basket of fruit is complimentary on arrival.
*Fir groups atrivingvon a Sunday we can purchase for you French baguettes/sliced ham/lettuce and tomatoes, juice and coffee, breakfast items. Unvoices will be supplied and can be settled during your week with the housekeeper.

Your host will suggest communicating by Whattsapp using wifi nearer to guest arrival day as this is how we will communicate whilst on island. It is a whole lot easier.
