Interesting property with unique decor. My room had a view of a beautiful church building. Location is perfect, just a few steps from Etnea Road which is a very long street with lots of shops and restaurants. Room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Modern bathroom and adequate towels. Staff could be a little bit more welcoming.

All good, staff very helpful, everything spotless.
We really liked this hotel. It was spotlessly clean, quiet a nd with comfortable beds and we slept like logs. Staff very helpful and we appreciated the complimentary water and soft drinks. The location couldn't be better, right by via Etna - loved it, wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The location is very convenient, I was able to walk to many attractions and there are several excursion facilitators around it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. For the price, it is a great deal. I will stay there again if I come back to visit.

We traveling back home to USA after a 2 week vacation in Sicily. Lovely hotel great location! The only bummer our Google map took us through the small city streets which took at least an hour to find. The same was true of the parking. That said I would definitely recommend this property and stay again!

Good: Location.Clean.Mini refrigerator was full of water and soda. Negative: It is not a really Hotel. We come at 2 PM. Door was closed. Try to ring , No answer. 1 Hour. we was waiting in the car 3 PM they open the door. give us a key to our room. after 10PM nobody is on the small front desk. Entrance door close. If you have a late flight and come after 10PM ,it is a risk to be on the street before somebody come in the morning. Very hard to find a street parking.But 10 min walk is a parking cost about 12EUR a day. BE CAREFUL : place is located just on the corner of the street with a limited traffic. And my navigation send me to this street. It it a possible that my car was catch on the camera and they send me a ticket, If you come on your car, not a taxi, there is no way to stop by the place and take out your luggage, You have to park (if you lucky) on the corner of the street and carry your stuff 200 feet.

Hotel was good. Very close to shopping and dinning. Easy walk to many sights. We did have someone playing guitar and singing loud right outside room on street every night. Not hotels fault. Security is weak. Room key is skeleton key and WiFi is not secure. There is Lidl very close for water and groceries. Room has fridge.

I like the security. I like that they helped set up tours. I like that it is center City and walking distance to many sights and good shopping. I did not like no carpet in the room. I did not like no view of any kind (kept window closed). I did not like elevator stopped in between floors but I adapted.

Great place.
Great place in a sare neighborhood that is close to everything. Reasonable price even after taxes and fees. The have a fridge and water kettle. They also gave four free drinks in the fridge. They have free tea in the hallway all day.
