It was very challenging checking into the property as it’s located on the 3rd floor with minimal signage. When we arrived door to the property was locked and I was afraid we wouldn’t even be able to get inside to our prepaid room. Luckily a hotel employee showed up 10 minutes after we were standing around.

location is very close to main street, but entrance is horrendous. makes the slums feel like the ritz. horrible run down dark and dodgy entrance hidden away with 100 step or lift with many confusing buttons. noisy air conditioning units, run down deserted property view with hanging laundry and peeling graffiti walls. unsafe for young female solo traveller

Excellent location - right in the heart of historic center - with a breathtaking view. Our room was very modern and clean. Staff is excellent - big thanks to Giorgia, Chiara and Marlena for making our stay very enjoyable!! One word of advice to those travelling by car, make sure you know where to park when you arrive at this hotel. If you call them ahead time, it will save you a lot of headache.
