If you like nature, the simplicity of the decor, the song of the cicadas in the pines, the early morning bath in a pretty swimming pool with a view of the Alpilles,
 If you want to bask in the morning in the evening in a pretty quiet Cabanon, put your towel on the deckchairs to take a nap or discover our beautiful region 'La Provence' this place is for you !!
We invite you to spend an unusual holiday at the foot of the Luberon in our pretty cottage 'Le Cabanon', entirely independent.
It is located in Cavaillon in the Vaucluse, in the middle of a hill under the pines with a pretty swimming pool lined with dry stones and terraces (Swimming pool to be shared with the owners two people).
Comfortable, neat decoration, bright and sunny.
You can prepare your grills in the outdoor summer kitchen and take your meals on your private and shaded terrace.
Private vehicle parking under shelters.
The city center with its amenities supermarket, grocery store, pharmacy, bakery .. is located 2kms by car or for the bravest 30 minutes on foot.
You can visit Gordes and its Bories, Roussillon with its ocher, Baux de Provence, Saint Rémy de Provence, Saumane with its 18-hole golf course, Avignon and its festival, Fontaine de Vaucluse. Isle sur la Sorgues city of Antiquaries, Aix en Provence city of Art and Water, Marseille and Mussem. .and the colorful markets of Provence.
For sports enthusiasts from the gite, numerous walking or mountain biking trails, via ferrata course which dominates the city.
If you wish, it is with pleasure that we will give you good addresses to discover during your stay. The cottage is not suitable for accommodating a child or baby.
The à la carte weather television program on France 2 to select our property to shoot the recipe for '' roast with cavaillon melon '' which was produced by Chef Etoilé Jean Jacques Prévot (see photos). owners live on the property where the cottage is located, we are two people and do everything possible to make your vacation pleasant while being as discreet as possible to ensure your tranquility.

Relaxing Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Valerie and Serge were very friendly and welcoming, but also giving us privacy during our stay. The cottage is located in beautiful surroundings and there is perfect outside space to relax in private and enjoy evening meals from the bbq. The pool was perfect for cooling down whilst looking at the stunning views of the area after returning from days exploring the region. Our only negative, as the temperature was unexpectedly high in a heatwave during our stay, the bedroom area became quite hot to sleep in. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay, we would love to return.

On a trés bien aimé ce gite dans un environement tranquile et agréable.- Valérie et Serge sont des hôtes trés aimable. Wir haben es sehr genossen, weg von allem Trubel in der Natur zu sein. Alles was es braucht war vorhanden und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in einem nicht-Corona-Jahr!

Wonderful cottage and nice, friendly people!
We were very pleased with the small cottage in the countryside, it was a beautiful location and the cottage was charming and had all that we needed. We arrived from the USA in the evening but our luggage didn't show up at the airport until the next day. We arrived late that night to the cottage and Madame Fontaine was very kind and gracious to provide us with some necessities for our stay. Although we didn't speak French we communicated well using Google Translate, it added to our fun memories of the trip! We recommend this charming get-away to other travelers.

Really loved this charming cottage. Valerie was the perfect host, giving us maps to look at. She also told us of places we must go and visit, which we did. Loved Alfie, the dog. We would definetly stay here again.

Cosy little house with beautiful pool side.

Gite über dem Durance Tal mit schöner Aussicht
Herrlich kleines Häuschen für 2 Personen, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit viel Platz im Außenbeteich, sogar mit eigenem Pool. Die Vermieterin wohnt auch auf dem Grundstück. Das ist sehr hilfreich um Insider Tipps zu bekommen, ansonsten wird die Privatsphäre sehr gewahrt. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für alle großen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence.
