The Space:
You enter the condo, G1, from the ground level into an entryway to keep all your winter gear along with a ½ bath and laundry closet. The first room off the entryway is home to a sitting area with ample room for entertainment. Through there is a shared full bathroom with the queen bedroom. At the front of the unit you will also find a full bedroom. Into the main living area there is a fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, and a patio. The master bedroom is located right off of the living area with a separate full bathroom and large closet. You will also find a queen bedroom and full bedroom with a shared bathroom located in the front portion of the unit.
You will also find the award-winning Castle Hill Spa walking distance from the condo where you can book facials and massages, as well as take a dip in the pool and utilize the gym. The spa, pool, tennis and pickleball privileges can be added on for a fee. There is also a high-end restaurant on-site in the beautiful historical Castle Hill Pointe.
