The service exceeded our expectation. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with options for all tastes. The hotel is secluded, however it's close to the "Caminhos de Pedras" and is placed in a quiet location.

Friendship Renewal and Tranquility
If you want peace and quiet in a rural setting close to urban chaos this is the place. Definitively 4 Star. It's beautiful gardens, spacious lobby, serene setting makes a refreshing mental and physical renewal. I had a lot of work. But did'nt feel it. The food I was served was outstanding. As the Rio Grande do Sul is dominated by italian influence and the array of delictable foods at the hotel and eatiries is never ending. The value on the dollar excellent. In my opinion you get more than you pay for. Family, business, R&R, romance....it's all there if that is what you are looking for.

As áreas comuns do hotel e paisagismo bem bonitas e organizadas, bom café da manhã . Mas o estado de conservação do quarto é ruim, chão com carpete com aspecto sujo, paredes precisam urgente de pintura e, acertos nas paredes, travesseiros ruins, limpeza do quarto precisa melhorar, há muitas forminhas no quarto…um pedaço de biscoito que caiu no chão do banheiro, continuou lá mesmo após a passagem da equipe de limpeza.

O hotel no geral é muito bom. Os quartos são mais antigos, mas a limpeza é excelente. O café da manhã foi muito bom e o atendimento também. Só não gostamos da qualidade do restaurante que funciona dentro do hotel. Os pratos que pedimos pareciam requentados. Carnes e arroz certamente não foram cozidos na hora.
