Hotel muito bom, quarto muito amplo e limpo, banheiro idem, instalações do hotel todas amplas e limpas, bem aconchegante, café da manhã muito bom. Fiquei somente uma noite, não aproveitei todas as instalações, mas recomendo.

Foi um ótimo passeio! Minha família adorou a piscina aquecida. O quarto para 4 pessoas é muito confortável e limpo. E o café da manhã também é excelente e muito variado.

Hotel incrível para o porte da cidade! Atendimento simpático e prestativo, 2 restaurantes ótimos e com preços justos, quarto amplo e chuveiro excelente! Maaassss.....o hotel indica transporte, e é aí que está o grande problema da cidade. Não fomos de carro, pois obviamente não dá pra degustar vários rótulos de vinhos por dia e sair dirigindo, isso seria uma irresposabilidade. Considerando que o forte da região é justamente o ENOTURISMO (excelentes VINICOLAS❣️🍷), A ÚNICA COISA PÉSSIMA É O DESSERVIÇO DE TRANSPORTE... O hotel indica, mas deveriam pensar em ter uma visão mais empresarial, oferecendo van própria para os hóspedes (cobrando um preco JUSTO), pois não tem lógica pagar num deslocamento para a cidade vizinha (bem próxima!) quase o valor de 1 diária do ótimo hotel!!! É o mesmo "clubinho" que domina a cidade e explora absurdamente nos valores que cobram...taxistas e "ubers" (que NÃO são uber ou ate são, cadastrados em Caxias do Sul, mas desligam o app em Flores para só fazer corridas por fora e cobrando caríssimo). Não consegui chamar pelo app!! Exemplos reais (Out/23): 25,00 deslocamento de 3km e 250,00 ida e volta em Nova Pádua, total de apenas 25 km...👎👎 Esse pessoal boicota os excelentes serviços do Letto e das Vinícolas. Tomem cuidado com isso, pois essa parte é realmente um lixo e encarece muito a viagem. Fica a sugestão para o hotel, de olhar melhor pra isso e coibir esse abuso, pois não volto na cidade nem indico a ninguém enquanto continuar assim.

Péssima. Instalacoes velhas, um cheiro horrível de bolor. Banheiro então...eu evitei levantar a noite para usar por causa do cheiro. Não tinha suporte para shampoo e sabonete no box. Qdo tomava tomava banho, o banheiro alagava. Sujo... Como era só uma noite ficamos. Se tivesse mais reservas com certeza teria mudado. Não retorno.
