Hotel Swan - Caxias do Sul
The hotel is well located in the center of Caxias, easily walkable to stores and shops. My room was comfortable and clean, and had a desk for working, openable window and good sized bathroom and shower. There is an exercise room, sauna and heated pool on the top floor. The breakfast buffet offers plenty of options. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I've stayed 4 or 5 times, and will continue to stay there when I visit Caxias.

Furniture somewhat dated but overall nice hotel. It’s difficult to rate a hotel in the middle of covid 19 since all amenities are not available. I would recommend requesting a room on the side not facing the street. It’s located at busy intersection with constant car noise.

Good hotel with great customer service!
Shortly after arriving at my room, I discovered a small problem there, and called the front desk to ask about it. The lady who checked me in immediately came up to my room to correct the problem, and, when she could not, immediately moved me to another room....which turned out to be suite! Great customer service! The new room had great WIFI, a great bed, and a shower large enough to hold three people (ahhhh, not that I tried!).

Great place to stay in Caxias do Sul.
This is a very nice hotel situated about a 5-minute walk from the central plaza in Caxias. Near-by one will find several places to have a great cup of coffee, as well as options for lunch. The hotel serves a nice variety of items on the breakfast buffet. The guys and girls working at the hotel provide great service, and contribute to a very enjoyable stay!

Horrivel, quando cheguei nao tinha agua para tomar banho. A internet nao funciona. O ar condicionado nao funciona. O aviso de nao pertube para por na porta nao tinha, quando fui pedir na recepcao me disseram que estava em falta. O estacionamento é terceirizado, e o servico é horrivel meu carro ficou preso e nao pude sair durante a noite. E PARA FINALIZAR ME ENGANARAM NA SAIDA NO CHECK-OUT. ME PASSARAM PERNA NA SOMA DA CONTA DO QUARTO. MAIS UMA, O CAFE HORRIVEL NA MINHA CASA É MELHOR
