Velento Rentals Management Presents:
This Brand New Velento Penthouse unit has 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms on two floors with a stunning ocean view!. The main level has a King bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The second bedroom is a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds upon advanced request. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request.

There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!!

The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings.

There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible!

For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!!
We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike and the paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones.
We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance.

This was a great place to stay with a family, the area was quiet but still close enough to make multiple trips per day to restaurants and activities. Our kids loved the pool & private dock that we used every day for swimming and snorkeling.

We had the best time at Velento! We splurged and got the 3bed penthouse with ocean views and was it ever worth the extra money!! The ocean was amazing and fantastic to be east facing so the porch was shaded most of the day. The breeze blew in from the ocean and was absolutely wonderful. The pier was wonderful. The had sea kayaks and bikes. The island/caye is a wonderful destination. Everything is walkable and right on the beach path - walking was the way to travel. We hope to return. The staff were very helpful and kind. We had an A+++ experience with Velento, Caye Caulker, and Belize in general! Don't hesitate to book.

We enjoyed our stay here on Caye Caulker. Reception was very helpful with coordinating taxis for us as well as helping us find a baker for our son’s birthday cake. We loved having access to the pool, paddle boards, lounge chairs on the dock as well has appreciated on-site laundry and AC!

We are a group of six adults who enjoyed four nights in VeLento- booked the three bedroom ocean view. We all loved early mornings on the gorgeous (and large) patio sipping coffee and watching the sun rise. We all snorkeled and lounged in the sun on the lovely private dock. On a tip from our VeLento’s host, One evening Chef Miss Perla prepared an amazing traditional Belizean dinner in our room. Communication with the host was exceptional.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My family (including kids age 3 & 6) had a fantastic time enjoying the pool, beach games, fishing/snorkeling from the dock, and the beautiful balcony! They even have a little slide, swings and a teeter totter that were a huge hit with the kids. The accomodations were emaculately clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The area is quite but just a short walk on the beach path to the busier area for restaurants, bars and tours. We hope to return!

Loved this place. Perhaps the nicest place on Caye Caulker. Just a short walk along the beach path from the Ferry. We just rolled our luggage. Nice to have the private pier to lounge around. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the AC units was “fussy”. It was fixed that same day - on a Sunday. Great place to spend a few days on the Caye.

Awesome property
We had a great stay in the oceanfront #1 property. Kimberly was so helpful at check in—-introducing us to the property, answering all questions and even dropping us off at a great restaurant (Food Republic!) she suggested on our first night. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location perfect. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the split. Debbie and Tim were very responsive with easy communication and the best recommendation for Carlos Snorkeling Tours. We highly recommend this property and their friendly, helpful staff. Wonderful trip!

Just Perfect!
Our stay at Velento was perfect! We stayed in one of the Oceanfront units. The view and the sea breeze were indescribable...just wonderful! The hosts were so welcoming, friendly, kind, and accommodating. We have 4 children and they were so helpful anytime we needed assistance with anything . I would be hard-pressed to find anything to complain about, we hope to stay again in the coming months!

Velento was amazing!
We enjoyed our stay so much!! The condos are so beautiful with all the beautiful wood inside! They were so clean and fresh! When we walked in it was breathtaking!! They had all the windows opened and the breeze blowing, along with the magnificent view was more than I ever imagined it would be. The balcony with the sea view was amazing!! We loved the dock and fishing off of it! We caught several fish! Donicio and all of of the staff were amazing. Donicio even took us to the airport to book flights back to San Pedro for our large group. Selvin the golf cart driver through Velento was so awesome!! He gave me his phone number and anytime I needed anything I could call him and he would come right away. A trip to the grocery store or a ride to the other side of the island. Whatever we needed, he was there! Donicio also recommended Selvin cook us dinner so we asked him to cook for us. It was amazing!!! We even got to meet his wife and kids! The entire trip was so great! The condo is on a beautiful strip of sand a little ways from the main area so it was nice and quiet, yet only a short walk to the restaurants and bars. The grounds were kept immaculate! I just can’t say enough about this place!! The only problem is we didn’t stay long enough!! Next time we will certainly be staying longer!!

Great location and property
Laura's Lookout is a lovely property with a fantastic view. Despite the island having to deal with covid restrictions and us missing lobster season by a day :-(, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The property is clean and well maintained, and our manager Nazle was very friendly, helpful, attentive to our needs, as was her staff. Would highly recommend this property for families or group of friends to stay.

This property was simply amazing! The view from the penthouse units are stunning. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful though out the entire tip. Definitely recommend sitting out on the dock at night and looking at the stars! Without a question, I will be coming back to visit this property again!

Absolutely wonderful stay. We stayed in number one it is the upstairs beach front unit. It was a great place for three couples to share as each room was very similar rather than a master with two smaller rooms. The only thing that wasn't perfect was my shower was difficult to get to a warm setting and most days ended up just taking a cold shower. This place was the nicest I saw on the island and would be my choice again if we return to any Belize Island.

Our family of adults spent 7 nights Jan 2020 at this property. It was Fantastic!! I have never been anywhere as clean, kind, thoughtful, easy to ask questions, got great info, has everything taken care of as SOON as we asked. This place is spectacular! The owner was on site for part of our stay and what a great guy! WE have nothing bad to say at all, except we had to leave and come home! This property gets 10 stars! If they didn't have what we wanted they found it and sent us in the right direction. The managers had connections to off site excursions, even on the mainland! I can't say enough GREAT things about Velento Properties. We will go back to Caye Caulker and stay here again!!
