This home was not damaged by Hurricane Helene, but the yard and the dock were. The dock upheaval is evident and not for guest access anymore. The landscaping, like most of Cedar Key, was stripped away by the storm and it will take some time for that to regrow. The house is in excellent condition, as always.

Osprey!!
Wonderful property!! Beautiful view, quiet residential neighborhood with water and osprey and even an eagles nest three houses down, with babies! The house was pretty and spacious and comfortable and well stocked. The property managers were very helpful and available. We loved it and are coming back next year!

no fishing
Were told in the info that back water was tide related. Even at high tide there was only a foot of water. No crabbing or fishing could be done. This was not fun.

Sun kissed Treehouse Sweet Stay
Very nice location; quiet with nice views. Clean, open house layout and comfortable living room recliners and beds. Nice porch except for no-see-ums this time of year! Having a golf cart to rent was great since house is not close to town. Would definitely rent again!

Anniversary weekend
Overall weekend was great and the property was lovely. However our final decision had come down to the golf cart which it unavailability was not communicated to us until we had already purchased the weekend. This was after we had already expressed interest in renting it before finalizing the weekend. Oh well we still had a great weekend... however when we arrived and were told if there was anything you need just email... we never received any responses to our emails once we arrived to the island.
