After my last review about sheets i will say the staff was promt to bring me the clean shetts. Was very surprized on how fast it happened. Like with in minutes. Ala and all this place is quite and im glad that i chose this place to call home for now. Thanks for being here for us as we need assistance.

Have asked for clean sheets on Sunday when the i believe the owner knocked on our door to see if we needed anything. Then on Tuesday i caught the maid in the room across the hall again i asked for clean sheets she asked what size. So really thought we'd get clean sheets, so i removed the sheets from the bed and put outside the door. Which she did pick up. And have slept on bed without sheets since then. Today is Thursday. Also on Tuesday i put out our towel and i am thankful that i put in a few towels otherwise we'd be going without those too. Granted this is a cheaper hotel and we exspect to have some inconvenience but i feel this is just normal everyday things and I've been here since the first and today be the 14th. Clean sheets should be every 5-7 days. I'm just wanting items i should be granted as a paying customer.

Well I didn't have a (working TV for the 1st day of my stay. When I got in around 430 on day 2 it was working...have no idea the problem. They did nothing to compensate for the trouble.

very creepy place difficult time getting into my room TV didn’t work and it’s in one of the worst parts of Cedar Rapids horrible. I wouldn’t recommend the dog to stay there.

There was one towel and it was dirty went to see the receptionist and there was no one to be found and then we found someone and the towels were in the drier we never got a dry to leave for check out shower was broken no one to complain to no general manager on duty just not an excellent service overall

If you want a place to lay your head. It will do. Otherwise, there was no staff to talk to, except the security guard. Who did his best. Walking on to the second floor smells like a cat litter box. My room was okay, but I found someone’s small personal bullet vibrator under the sheets and the shower curtain had mold on it.
