The property is definitely in an industrial and residential neighborhood - which was a cool mix! Easy to walk to a lot of shopping and restaurants.The apartment was perfectly set up w/ everything that we may need. Communication w/ the owner was quick. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay
My wife and I came to Cedar Rapids from southern Illinois for Memorial Day weekend and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The host was quick to answer any questions and their place was so nice and everything was clean and newly remodeled. Highly recommend this host and place.
