On Sunday 9/8/2024 we left our room at 2pm and we told maid service we were leaving so they could clean the room.We came back to roon 228 at 9pm and the room was not clean, all the dirty towers were on the floor, floor not vacuum and trash cans full. Went to the front desk and reported this. The front desk lady said she could not give us another room because we are sold. Out. She lied because i went to your website and Expedia and they showed 4 rooms available of the same as we had. The lady gave us towels and told us to leave the dirty towels in the hall and that. I would like a refund for sleeping in a dirty room. Wilson
We stayed at residence a total of 4 nights in the same room 228, and not just 2 nigh as you stated..
As I said in my compliant, I Notified your maid services that we was leaving for about 6 hours, gave her a bag of trash and said our room need cleaning she said ok and i will dispose this trash.
Since you checked in on the 6th and check out was on 8th, unfortunately refresh service for your room was not assigned by the system. ( We checked out on Sept. 10, 2024) stayed 4 nights
We should be compensated for the 1 night that where our room was not clean. when had rooms 4 clean available.
