The small Cafe closed early so like other chain hotels this hotel could have provided in the lobby either water or coffee as there are not many options in the immediate area to find a coffee shop. Also parking is not located right next to the hotel due to this being a converted factory building.

Great renovation and repurposing of a woolen mill. Lovely facility. Rooms are spacious and great walk in shower. $75 fee for a dog somewhat high but we paid it.

Amana in October.

It was amazing absolutely live staying here. Staff is friendy, helpful and very knowledgeable. Wish we could give it more than 5 stars it is our favorite place.

Love the unique design. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty, but the dinner that I had was not. Would have given it a 5 star but the golden rod growing in the flower beds was horrible for my allergies.

Check in was great. Dave is who checked us in and he was extremely nice and fun to talk to. The rooms and nice clean its a very neat atmosphere. The Electric Thread was a nice place to beat a drink and again really good service. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area. We give it a 11 out 10

I love the minimal style of design in the renovated space. The historical pieces and story was spread out over the hotel to enjoy. Staff was wonderful, breakfast delicious in their cafe and the room was very comfortable. Our only flaw was a loud, lingering wedding reception that when I notified the hotel it had gone on too long, made a kind gesture to fix our distress. It is located at the end of the main tourist strip and across from the brewery. Nice!

It's a nice upscale hotel with two bars, and dining options in hotel. I like all the historical exhibits. Walking distance to shopping and dining. The one thing we didn't like was that it was loud in our room. You could hear people talking next door. The acoustics echo everywhere. Couldn't sleep.

When we went for breakfast we waited a very long time for service then finally went to the front desk. They sent someone back to find the waitress. There were other patrons waiting as well. The hash browns were inedible, over cooked and very hard. The front desk people were great as always.
