Buonasera da Hotel Adria, gentile ospite la ringrazio per la sua recensione. Siamo lieti di sapere che la spiaggia e il cibo siano stati di vostro gradimento. Ci dispiace sapere che il soggiorno non vi abbia soddisfatto. Ci dispiace per i disagi creati e ci chiediamo scusa, faremo il possibile per essere più attenti a questo tipo di dettagli e rimediare, riguardo il trattamento all-inclusive, che non è stato come immaginato, cercheremo di fare comunicazioni più chiare per assicurarle un soggiorno piacevole. La prossima volta, speriamo che lei ci dia una seconda possibilità per dimostrarle che possiamo fare di meglio.
