Amazing location and very clean rooms. Great breakfast. Sadly, service lacked professionalism and traditional Turkish hospitality. Among the staff, only Gizem went out of her way to help guests. Very good beach but not really private as it is full of trespassers and even dogs with all the sanitary concerns involved. Excellent newly renovated spa. Thermal pools offer a unique experience and are worth regular visits. Massage treatments are superb as well. Prices for food and drinks are unnecesarily excessive. There is no need to raise prices so much if one expects guests to be return.

Horrific experience, catfished into buying a "Sea View King" paid 550$ a night Got a Partial Sea View, they forgot our bags dowstairs had to go get it and i Got basically reprimanded for asking why am i not getting the room i paid for

Lovely new, clean, modern hotel with loads of pools and kids club, spa, beautiful beach…. Not much to do outside the hotel, but short distance taxi ride would take you to the busy party part of the Alacati.

Service needs work
We booked 4 rooms at the hotel. One corner suite and 3 sea rooms. We have emailed the hotel several times to provide us with a connecting room for my mother as she requires medical help but they just ignored us. Upon arrival, they informed us that the connecting rooms are taken (I wonder who needed those rooms more than us- we know it needs reassigning rooms but it should have been doable as we made the request ahead of time). Basically the receptionist offered us no choice saying that the hotel was fully booked. During our stay, the laundry was out of service, the elevators lost electricity a few times and they forgot to clean our room for several nights. It’s clear the hotel staff aren’t able to handle the load. On the positive side, the guest services staff were impeccable. They went out of their way to help and make things happen. It’s as if they were trained separately from the other staff. The hotel is also new and beautifully decorated. Note: the hotel is on the windy side of town so the water was different from the other beach clubs but the breeze if you’re not swimming is an advantage. Also, You can walk around to local shops but the main areas need a car. Overall, I would come back, but I’m hoping the staff will be better trained at the time

Otelin güzelliğini yönetim anlayışı zedeliyor. Tamamen yabancı müşteri ve döviz ödeyecek misterilere hizmet veren yönetim var. Otopark paralı, otelde restaurant menüsü Euro ile, resepsiyonda sorun çözmek için sadece stajyerler var , onlarda ezilmekten bunalmış. Sonuçta bu parayı veren çok daha iyi hizmet alabilir bence
