Great location, fantastic food and beverage options. The staff was very friendly and well trained. Our pool waiter Javier was phenomenal and very attentive. Gabriel at Cocomare was fantastic and Jamie / Sergio at Mexcal gave us great service too We did a tequila tasting at the resort and Angel the mixologist did a great presentation Service like this confirms that we will be back

This is an amazing, beautiful resort. The architecture and furniture are phenomenal. There are wonderful stone and wood elements throughout the lobby and entrance area. I appreciated all the small details. You are staying in quiet luxury. I’ve stayed in several hotels and resorts, but this is my favorite. We swam in the pool every morning and enjoyed the ocean views. The buffet was amazing, with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the best time. We even extended our trip a couple of days, just to relax and enjoy ourselves. It’s about 15 minutes from Tulum. You’ll have to take a taxi and it was over $100 RT. Which is very expensive! But there are some great restaurants in Tulum. Overall, 10/10. We’ll definitely come again!

This all inclusive hotel was beautiful! Every area is designed so well. The restaurants were all gorgeous with an upscale menu. The staff was attentive and friendly, and made our stay great. I loved our room, it was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The only down side for me was that the beach this property is on is not that great. However, there are many pools to swim in and lounge at.

This place was great except the mosquitos!!! We were waiting for transport to our casa after dinner and we all got attacked by literally more than a dozen mosquitoes. We were all covered in bites. They should spray. Also there should be more options for snacks btw meals and late night. The property is beautiful and clean the staff was also amazing. I will go back, highly recommend! I’ll Bring bug repelllent next time lol

My husband and I absolutely loved the resort! Karen was the best! Luis Miguel from Enclave bar and Lucy were the best! We loved them! They all treated us like family! We were sad to leave! Definitely coming back!

We had a great time. There could be more food options but overall food was good. We were bummed waterpark was not open amd one of the pools was closed while we were there but we still had a great time and can't wait to go back. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

2/10 stars this hotel is great when it comes to views but the food here is horrible no taste, seasoning , flavor at all. The best food was the churros and ice cream. We experienced some issues upon check-in with a cockroach in our room as soon as we walked in and immediately requested another room.

The service here was amazing. Every employee went above and beyond to make sure your needs were met. They addressed us by name and made us feel welcome. The only negative or drawback for us was the kids pool and a few other pools were closed, I assumed this was in result to damages from a recent hurricane, just a bummer for our kids who were so looking forward to using the kids water park area.
