A cozy & spacious studio, newly renovated and central! A smart choice for business travelers, individuals, families and friends looking for an authentic stay in the coastal town of Chalkida! The flat has aircondition, it is fully equipped and maintained with extra care. It is an ideal location for exploring the famous island of Evia.
The space
This is a cozy 1bedroom flat offering great comfort and able to accommodate up to 4 people in 36m2 of interior space. The house is situated in central Chalkida, just 200 meters from the seafront and it is in an ideal location for exploring the island of Evia. The flat offers one living room where the sofa turns into a double bed. An extra bunk bed with two single beds is available. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. The room is airconditioned.

The house has one main living room with a three seater sofa, coffee table, armchair, and TV. The sofa turns into a double bed. The room is bright with a window door giving access to the balcony and it is (URL HIDDEN) more persons can sleep on the additional bunk bed located in a separate room.

There is a modern bathroom with bath and shower. Shampoo, soap and other essentials is provided.
• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you necessary amenities to prepare any kind of meal. There are a number of appliances such as espresso maker, toaster, and kettle.

The studio is located in the center of Chalkida and just 200m from its beautiful seafront. A wide range of services, shops, cafes, and restaurants is literally at your feet.
The capital of Evia island and just under an hour from Athens, Chalkida is a great choice for a quick escape. The city is divided by the famous channel of Euripus, and the view of the waters changing directions every six hours from the main bridge is a must.
Do not forget to visit the Venetian castle of Karampampa and enjoy the amazing view. The city offers many opportunities for dining and shopping, while you can enjoy your coffee next to the sea.
Extra tip: Visit an “ouzeri” (traditional tavern that serves mostly meze and ouzo, as well as local dishes and wine) and spent your afternoon drinking and having fun the greek way.
The island of Evia has limitless opportunities for sightseeing and for discovering its great beaches, mountain trails, thermal spas, picturesque villages and archeological sites.
