The Little House In the Vines with Pool

Magnificent little house located in Drôme Provençale; surrounded by vineyards and lavender 200 meters from the medieval village of Chamaret and 5km from the village of Grignan and its castle which belonged to Madame de Sévigné. Not far from the village of Richerenche; the capital of the Black Truffle and its Winter Truffle market and its museum. The accommodation restored with taste and character (except facade) has a swimming pool and a large plot. This accommodation is ideal for a couple and two children or two couples. Come and discover the many medieval villages; museums; walk the marked paths which will lead you to the heart of the oak forests and across fields. The house is at the end of the municipal road; the rest of the way gives access to a large Farm. Because the accommodation is surrounded by fields and gardens, there is of course at times the presence of farmers who maintain their land. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme a l'écart du village. Il y a effectivement le paysan ainsi que le voisin qui a un potager qui vient de temps en temps s'occuper de leurs terres mais seulement 1-2h sur toute la journée globalement. La piscine est super, il n'y a pas de vis à vis on a vraiment apprécié être pour nous et pouvoir en profiter par temps de canicule. Le lit est confortable, il y a tous les équipements qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Il faut juste bien penser à l'anti moustique le soir en été :)

Gite tres bien situé pour un séjour reposant mais aussi proche de toutes commodités. A mon avis, un radiateur est nécessaire dans la chambre pour les mois d'hiver surtout quand le mistral souffle en continu.

Tolle Lage
Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, die Lage traumhaft. Leider war die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber geputzt. Der Abfallkübel war defekt (die Hälfte des Bodens fehlte), der Abfluss im Bad war voller Haare (haben wir erst gesehen als der Stäpsel defekt war). Der Schmutz auf dem Sitzplatz war einfach in eine Ecke gewischt worden. Die Dame, welche gereinigt hat uns uns die Wohnung übergeben hat war sehr kurz angebuden, hat uns nicht einmal gegrüsst. Auch waren wir sehr erstaunt, dass im Bad keine Dusch-und Handtücher vorhanden waren. Wir mieten nun schon seit 30 Jahren Wohnungen (nicht im billigen Preissegment) über FeWo und haben das noch nie erlebt. Es war wirklich schade, den es ist ein tolles Haus. Wir möchten das als konstruktive Kritik anbringen.

Rundum gut!
Ruhig gelegenes, tolles Ferienhäuschen. Es ist alles in der Nähe, was man täglich braucht und Chamaret eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für die unterschiedlichstes Unternehmungen. Der Pool hilft, die heißen Sommertage gut zu überstehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und uns wohlgefühlt.

Mon époux et moi-même avons passé 4 jours mi novembre 2021 dans le beau village de Chamaret. Le gîte était chaleureux, dans un endroit très calme. Accueil ponctuel, propriétaire attentif. Rien ne manquait. On y retournera.

Séjour agréable en famille avec 2 jeunes enfants
La maison est petite mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour une semaine de vacances en famille en été, quand on vit surtout dehors. Jardin, piscine, barbecue, environnement paisible avec vue sur les vignes. Fraîcheur dans la maison avec la Clim en cas de forte chaleur Nombreuses activités à moins d’une demi-heure, et Grignan pas loin pour les commodités quotidiennes. Accueil simple et efficace.

Location charmante pour des vacances calmes et ensoleillées
Petite location charmante ayant tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une séjour extrêmement calme. En plein milieu des vignes, personnes pour vous embêter et aucuns bruits. La piscine est vraiment très agréable, même si la deuxième semaine nous n'avons pu en profiter car le mistral s'est invité à la fête. De magnifiques balades en VTT sont possibles tout en partant de la location. Au top: -La piscine -La connexion internet -La terasse et son bbq -Le terrain -Le calme, ciel étoilé, Ce qui nous a manqué: -grille pain -presse jus -bâche pour couvrir la piscine (et la garder chaude)
