Welcome to my home!
I am delighted to welcome you in my spacious chalet of 235 square meters, with a balcony, a garden, and a sauna, ideal for a stay in the mountains and ready to receive sixteen people. It is ideally located at the foot of the Arve river, 700m from the Grands Montets cable car, 14 min walk from the Argentiere train station and close to bars, restaurants, ski schools and ski rental services.

The chalet includes five bedrooms with double bed and private bathroom (+ 1 single bed in one of them) + a dormitory (5 single beds and 1 shower room)/game room (billiards, table soccer, darts) for children, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and a furnished BALCONY. The accommodation is not suitable for very young children (unsecured stairs).
Take advantage of the GARDEN to have snowball fights with family or friends in winter and enjoy the barbecues in summer!
To make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Underground parking, Televisions, Washing machine, Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, Iron, Hair dryer.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge. Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.
The accommodation is located in the charming hamlet of Les Chosalets, at the entrance to Argentiere, 10 minutes from the center of Chamonix (bus stop serving the entire valley at the entrance to the hamlet).
You will also find a ski rental service (Skimax Argentiere at 3 min) and an ESF ski school for children and adults.
Bars and restaurants are nearby. For your daily shopping, you will find a Marché U and a Drive at 15 min walking distance.
You will stay close to the ski slopes and cross-country ski areas as well as snowshoeing trails. You will be able to do all the mountain activities of your choice in winter and summer!
Also, don't miss to visit the emblematic sites of Chamonix (10-15 minutes by car/bus) such as: its CITY CENTER, the Aiguille du Midi, the Montenvers Station to visit the Grotto and the Mer de Glace which offers a spectacular panorama.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you!

You'll have a transport card for free travel on internal train routes between Servoz and Vallorcine, and reduced fares on Chamonix Bus urban shuttles (except Chamo'nuit Bus).

Other tourist sites are very popular: the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, invites you to a unique experience at an altitude of 3800 m, or the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace.
