Bonjour, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous laisser une évaluation. Nous effectuons régulièrement des tests d'eau pour nos bassins et à la moindre irrégularité, nous nous devons d'appliquer les mesures d'hygiènes nécessaires pour la santé de nos clients. Malheureusement vous êtes arrivés un jour où nous avions une irrégularité et nous nous en excusons mais nous préférons vous savoir en bonne santé sachant que vous en avez bien profité le lendemain matin. Il est normal de ne pas laisser tourner à vide un sauna ou un hammam toute la journée. De nos jours, un effort pour l'environnement est l'affaire de tous, et demander l'allumage d'une installation ne prend qu'un instant de votre temps. Vous avez souligné les points positifs qui j'espère justifieront le prix que vous trouvez excessif alors que contrairement à beaucoup d'établissements nous ne gonflons pas nos tarifs pour la semaine entre Noël et le Nouvel An. Cher client, Nous vous remercions de votre agréable commentaire. Concernant les points négatifs, il est dommage que nous ayez pas pris le temps de vous exprimer à la réception de vive voix. Nous aurions été ravis de vous faire une geste commercial. Pour info, notre spa extérieur n'a jamais été en panne, si il était fermé, ce n'est que pour l'entretien. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau.
