Disappointing - Would Not Rent Again
First, the company was very good with communication. We appreciate that very much. However, that is about the best part of the trip.When we arrived, there was a massive fan blowing in the kitchen and the kitchen floor was soaked. The dishwasher was broken and leaked everywhere, therefore we had no dishwasher the entire trip. The fireplace was not working either, therefore we had no fireplace for our entire trip. One of the biggest things we were looking forward to was being cozy by the fireplace as it is very snowy and cold. In addition - when we were coming home last night from our night out, we could not get into the house because the door lock box had dead batteries. Finally, the cabin is very outdated. The bedroom with the two twin beds was absolutely FREEZING and the bedroom upstairs was also freezing.Overall, the cabin was not what we were expecting and with the broken dishwasher, broken fireplace, busted door lock box and the cold bedrooms, we are very disappointed. For the price of the rental, which is VERY high, I would hope you would consider giving us a partial refund. Thank you again for your communication during our stay, we really appreciate it.
