This is a true ski-in ski-out 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome is located at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The ski trail is located right off the back patio. The unit is also near many outdoor adventures such as Laurel Highlands hiking, sporting clays, golf and white water rafting.

Could have been better.
The Dryer was broken. So this means no washer or dryer. Lack of Towels. Eight towel for 10 people with no means to wash and dry. Towel were supplied on last day of our stay. Kitchen had limited supplies. It would be nice to know how many steps there was.We would have liked to have a walk in main floor but the description and pictures did not indicate or shoe this.

Perfect Weekend!
We came with 3 generations to enjoy the skiing, and the snow was perfect! The condo was beautiful and just what we needed! The unit is easily accessible with the Southwinds lift, and the trail to the slopes is only a short walk around the unit. By day 2 we realized we could get to North Face without having to use the Polar Bear Express because of the location of this condo. A big plus in our book!! The condo layout is comfortable, with plenty of room for us not to wake up babies as we all came in for meals. Our ages range from 4 months to 53 years, and we all had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Great family place,
We visited in the summer for a large family reunion. Many of our group stayed in the Southwinds area, so we could visit place to place. Plenty of beautiful spots nearby and activities for the kids. The house was well-laid out very comfortable in ever way.

Family Ski Trip
5 stars across the board for our recent stay at Jennifer's ski in/ski out condo. The condo was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located on the Southwind trails. Jennifer was an excellent host and extremely responsive with any of our questions leading up to, and during, our visit. Definitely a home we'd love to come back to for future trips to Seven Springs!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is nicer than what is shown in the photos. Everything was clean and up to date! There were nine of us and we all had plenty of room to sleep and shower after longs days skiing/boarding. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was very spacious for the whole family. I liked that it had a yard space for kids to run around a bit. It was not crowded at the time we were there, so we enjoyed the privacy too. It was well stocked with everything we needed.

The ski in/out feature all the way
The location of this property at the top of Seven Springs resort is fantastic. You can ski from the back of the house to the top of the Corina run. We had two families with 5 kids in total and found the downstairs den space to be very useful. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a ski-weekend including big pots for stews and chilis. It was great to have an extra fridge in the basement.

We lucked out on weather and ski conditions . . . and lodging was great! Only possible negative would have been no garage access if the weather had been bad on arrival. Always nice to be able to unload in the garage . . . but I understand the owner needing that space for personal gear.

This was a fantastic getaway for me and my family. There was plenty of room for my niece and 2 daughters to bring their friends. The twenty-three olds had the "studio" apartment downstairs to themselves. Two of the 3 other spacious bedrooms were perfect for my teens and their friends, leaving the very large master bedroom just for me. The home is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook dinner each night, and breakfast in the morning. There is not a large dining table, but with the kitchen/living space combo and the kitchen island, there's plenty of room for a casual meal for lots of people. By far the best thing about this condo is the location. The trail is literally out the back door, and with the condo's own lift, it is a true ski-in/out. When not on the slopes, we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace, watching the snow fall and skiers passing by the large picture window.
