The location was ideal for getting to the old city & public transportation. The main issue was we could never get the room cool enough to enjoy being in there. The hotel breakfast was delicious & the staff was great

We have just enjoyed two nights in Chania at this hotel as a family of 4. The hotel was incredible and we would stay again without hesitation. It was contemporary, spacious and most important immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable.The little luxury toiletries, robes, slippers, water and coffee were lovely. Breakfast was great! Lots of choice for everyone. My kids loved the pancakes. The location was great for sightseeing in the old town which was spectacular. I think my new favourite place. Quaint Greek tavernas, lots of history, beautiful architecture and so many picturesque streets. Also good for a little shopping. Then to the staff at the hotel. They were warm, friendly and so very helpful, helping direct us and sort onward transfers. The rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t working on our visit which was a shame but we had plenty to do in the few days we were there so didn’t really miss it. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for hosting us ☺️

Good city hotel (note, it does not have a pool)
Hotels.com says the hotel has a pool, it does not. It’s a jacuzzi at the top of the roof with 4 loungers. Important to highlight this in case like us you’re coming to laze by the pool like we did. The hotel itself is wonderful hence my 5/5 score. Rooms comfortable. Great service. Great friendly team. 5mins walk from the old town. Great place to stay to explore Chania Old Town.

This is the best hotel in chania. I would not stay anywhere else. The breakfast is perfect. The room is completely brand new and the staff is very friendly. I would only stay here. Five star service.

Epavli Grace made our stay in Chania incredibly enjoyable. They are a 5-10 minute walk from all of the old town shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and clean - everything brand new. They had a big balcony with a drying rack which was very convenient. They were very accommodating (delivered an iron to the room on request, helped book a taxi to the airport the morning of our flight out). The breakfast was excellent and they had many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the shower. Modern clean comfortable rooms with nice views from the balcony. The staff is super nice and helpful. Walking distance to old town and harbor, shopping, restaurants. Far enough away from the crowds of tourists to feel like you live there.

Epavli Grace è un hotel moderno appena fuori la città vecchia di Chania. La camera è spaziosa e arredata con gusto, i letti sono molto comodi, la tv gigante è collegata ad Internet, il balcone con vasca idromassagio offre uno spazio per il relax molto piacevole. Purtroppo l’hotel si affaccia su dei palazzi vecchi e poco curati. La colazione è super, abbondante e varia, dolce e salata, arricchita da prodotti locali e da uno yogurt meraviglioso. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie per la visita della città e dei dintorni. La struttura non è dotata di parcheggio, ma è possibile parcheggiare a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze.
