Summary:
This welcoming two-bedroom, two-bath apartment offers visitors convenient access to all that Charleston has to offer. Located on the third floor of a historic Charleston single home built in the late 1800s, and set back from the street with one off-street parking spot, the apartment overlooks candy-colored historic homes that dot the neighborhood and provides a true Charleston experience for guests. Easily walkable to MUSC, College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, & more.

The Space:
The apartment recently underwent a full renovation, completed in spring 2018. Measuring around 700 square feet, the apartment offers two bedrooms featuring premium bedding and two en-suite bathrooms with shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors. The property allows for two off-street parking spaces directly in front of the apartment. This apartment is on the top floor of the three-story property. The home features two additional rentals - one, a garden level apartment, and the other on the first floor - that can be rented in conjunction with this apartment for larger groups. Please inquire if interested.

Guest Access:
Guests can access all spaces in the rental and have their own private porch out front.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is ideally located in a protected historic district in the middle of downtown, a 5 minute walk to Upper King Street, surrounded by incredible restaurants and shopping. Walk or uber anywhere downtown in minutes or grab an uber to one of the three island beaches that are only 15 minutes away.

Getting Around:
We are only 3 blocks from Upper King Street, so most guests prefer to walk and explore the city. The beach is 15 minutes away by car. There is also a free shuttle offered by the city that runs along King Street (3 blocks away) to popular stops. Bike rentals are available nearby or you might enjoy trying a pedicab taxi. We offer free parking on site or in the lot we manage across the street.

This place is cute and cozy with awesome decor, and a nice porch to sit out and drink your coffee or tea! Check in was a breeze, and George was super helpful and quick to respond for a few simple questions we had. Great location, within walking distance to King Street and all it had to offer. I’d recommend this spot to anyone if you're looking for nice place that won’t break the bank. We will definitely come back and stay next time we are in town.

Perfect property, close to everything!
My husband and I traveled to Charleston for a last minute weekend getaway and this property was perfect. It's close to several restaurants and shops. The property itself is super cute with upgraded appliances and the front porch was great for sitting outside and enjoying the Charleston weather! The host ensured we had everything we needed and was readily available to answer any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Very nice property and grounds. Our unit was off the street. Be sure to ask about parking and stairs. Parking was convenient, directly across the street. Would definitely stay again.
