The house was a great property plenty of space for all of our family and clean. Great location very close to downtown Charleston. Nancy was very attentive and a great host and they were kind enough to have a welcome basket with lots of great stuff. I would highly recommend staying here

My family has stayed in dozens and dozens of VRBO properties over the last few years, and this house is hands down the cleanest, most well equipped property we have ever booked! I cannot say enough positive things about the house and the communication with the owners. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping and access to downtown Charleston. The owners were very gracious and communicative as well. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

The hosts, the home and the location are incredible. By far the best VRBO we've stayed at. My son told me to mark it as a favorite for our next visit to Charleston. The home's location made it very convenient to visit our family on James Island, Hollywood and Awendaw. If you are looking for a very clean, very spacious, well-kept, and well stocked home, this place is for you.

The Nicholson family's West Ashley, Charleston, home was absolutely perfect for our stay! The Nicholson's attention to detail and provision for anything and everything we could need was such a warm and wonderful welcome and we were truly at home! Best hosts ever, hands down, and we truly appreciate all their efforts and allowing us to be worry free away from home so we could focus on the wedding we were there to attend. Profound appreciation to the Nicholson's and their incredible thoughtfulness!!

Perfect for a Girls Weekend!
Nicholson Family, What an amazing place to stay! You have anticipated EVERYTHING a guest could need or want! Your thoughtful hospitality is beyond measure. The cleanliness of the home and the quality of linens made a very comfortable place to stay. The amenities provided were far above the standard from the fun snacks to the Charles Towne pass! The area was safe with great neighborhoods for a scenic walk. The location was ideal for a quick 15 min drive to downtown. The organization of the home and the check in/check out process couldn't have been any better. Would definitely stay here again!

My son and his family live in Charleston. When a group of family comes into visit from Illinois, we have to get a place to accommodate our group. Nancy and her crew provide a spotless home for us during our visit. Words can’t express the hospitality that is provided as well. We rent VRBO’s in Florida every fall, and we wish we could find an owner that provides half the attention to detail. She clearly explains check ou and house rules. You will be amazed with this house and Nancy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nichelson’s property in Charleston. It included comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and it was extremely well appointed. The location between the airport and downtown Charleston was excellent. It was easy to Uber to downtown. Nancy goes above and beyond for her guests and even had food in the fridge for us and a big basket of welcome snacks that included local fare as well as gluten free options to accommodate dietary restrictions. The kitchen had all the gadgets and pantry items you would ever need. We highly recommend this VRBO! Thank you, Nancy and family!

Exceptionally clean, well stocked with freely provided snacks and basics, quality and new cooking gear in kitchen, and very accommodating host made this a great long weekend getaway. Within 10-15 minutes of most things Charleston with easy access. Beach gear including towels for the borrowing. Host graciously allowed for long last day at the beach with a late check out - kids loved that. Would highly recommend for families and stay here again without question.

Perfect stay!
Best VRBO stay we’ve ever had. House was spotless, comfortable, well organized, spacious and had everything you could ever need on vacation. We appreciated the welcome basket with so many he delicious snacks, breakfast foods, and kitchen with everything you would ever need and more! We were so surprised to open the fridge to find milk, chocolate milk, OJ, eggs and bacon and more already there! Bathrooms had a lovely basket with toiletries and plenty of luxurious towels. The whole home is beautifully decorated. Our daughter loved the cabin bed!! We also enjoyed having coffee in the screened in back patio. Owners couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we visit !

We loved our visit to Charleston and the places we stayed made it amazing. She has anything you may have accidentally left behind (toothbrush, toothpaste, hair bands, shampoo, milk) but the place is also very clean and comfortable. You feel at home when staying here. The fenced in yard is nicely kept with a beautiful screened in porch. The house was a great size and in a great location. We felt safe here as well. Nancy was responsive anytime we messaged and made us feel right at home
