Good location and nice area. Close to the Charleston Music Hall for a concert. Needs more parking spaces but if you check in early, park your vehicle and use a ride share, you’re ok.

It was great!!!! The room was very clean, staff was kind, and overall great stay!!!! Very easy to get to and in the center of all places, Charleston, Mt Pleasant, and Isle of Palm!!!! We will definitely be back.

Peaceful and clean

Very clean, spacious and useful amenities. The staff, Yolanda, greeted us with a smile and made our check in swift and friendly. We had a very quiet and comfortable sleep. Highly recommend.

I like that they are Close to the beach and restaurants. It’s just a skip away from downtown. The rooms were clean and very spacious.

nice but sad.

Check-in was easy, simple and hosts were very friendly. Te\he room was nice - however found a few roaming roaches in the kitchen area. As well the A/C leaked inside on the rug (advised host at checkout of this). the item most affecting the rating is the chair that is in the room. Looks like they got it from a yard sale. I had asked to assure the filter in the A/C were clean - I was given the "shpeal" about their cleanliness standards in an email reply but only one vent was clean out of the two. I cleaned the other due to the fact because hearing them talk to another person checking in they did not have any other availability.

Friendly staff and room was very clean. Very quiet and the hotel is close to downtown. My only problem was that the hot water wasn’t working very well the first night we were there. However that seemed to resolve itself the next few days. Other than that, very comfortable and as I said quiet and relaxing property.

This property was just ok. We had a problem with the room air conditioning unit. So they switched our rooms which was much better but honestly- this place felt more like a motel. Wasn’t somewhere I’d rush back but it was acceptable for the two nights we were there.

No hot water, room temp water. Office stated a pilot needed to be lit for the whole bldg. Reported poor AC when we reported the water. And also told them that condensation was getting the carpet wet. Told maintenance would be put shortly. We took our room temp showers, dressed and teady for our dinner reservations. When leaving the property we stopped at the front desk and was told that maintenance had one room before us. We declined entry to our room in our absence, but checked back in a few hours later. Not fixed. AC wasnt acceptable until around 3 a.m. Upon checkout, we voiced our complaints and mgr looked at the paperwork and told us that nothing was even logged in about our AC issue. Well, we told her that the carpet is now soaked about 3 feet diameter around the unit. I wonder if it'll be abatement or mold??? Room #302

Nice stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel overall was very clean. I loved the free coffee station as well. We will definitely be back.
