This property is being remodeled. It's very noisy and dirty. All the parking is gone because of the workers and remodeling supplies trailers. The office wasn't identified to sign in. I had to search for the sign in desk.

It was difficult to identify staff, as no one had on uniforms or name tags. We were very disappointed that over our 3 night stay, no maid service came to check towels, toilet paper, toiletries.

Extent of renovations were not disclosed up front. There was no sitting area in the lobby and breakfast was limited to frozen sausage biscuits, muffins, some yogurt, and granola bars. Virtually no signs of housekeeping during our 4 day stay. We were told at registration that housekeeping would come every 3 days. On the 4 day I asked the front desk only for them to say it was "by request" only.

Not worth the money
This hotel was under renovations when me and my wife were there for 3 nights. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was there was dried blood on the sheets which we didn’t notice to last night. The chair in the room was ripped and the arms were black with dirt. Plus we were never notified that there was just a grab and go breakfast. I understand they have to do renovations but the customer should have been notified of the breakfast. This experience is making me think of never staying at a comfort inn again

Very poor experience ranging from not being able to check in a timely fashion due to a computer shutdown, very loud construction noise throughout the day, fire alarms misfiring and a dirty room with large urine stains on the toilet. All for approximately $250 a night!!

There are no walking distance dining options. Te facilities in the hotel are very old. Stained carpet and chairs, chipped bathroom tiles, uncomfortable bedding

The room was ok for the amount it was not what I had hoped. The room was clean but the toilet paper was still wrapped up. The lobby was under construction, therefore pretty much the entire hotel was influenced. There was no breakfast area, one chair and one table. At almost 9am there was nothing decent to eat. Even though the name of the hotel is downtown, but it is about 1.5 miles from downtown. The shuttle area is not very well explained. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay and I am glad it was just one night.
