Gorgeous Home! Excellent Service! Peaceful Garden!
The home is beautiful and the garden is a treat! We started and ended each day in the garden. The home was well cared for and fully equipped. The staff at Stay Duvet was easily reachable and responded promptly to our questions and requests. The location worked well for our time spent touring and shopping. We had a midsize SUV that fit easily in the side driveway but a larger style such as a Tahoe etc., might prove to be more challenging to park. Southbound is a fabulous restaurant on the street behind the house that we must recommend ...we had our anniversary dinner there and it was incredible! Book it, it's a fantastic home!

Most deceptive listing, not as described
The property itself is clean, but its the management that is questionable. The steps are treacherous and you should be younger than a teenager to tackle them. My wife and I chose this listing for one reason and that is the gas fire pit that was advertised and shown in at least 4 of the pictures being advertised on VRBO by Stay Duvet (the property Managers). We thought, what a perfect Valentine's getaway sipping on a glass of wine and a cigar outside by the warmth of the fire. Unfortunately Stay Duvet doesn't give a hoot about the online accuracy of the property they list. It is apparent that they knew in advance of our check in that the city didn't allow the functionality of the gas fire pit. Upon arrival we went out and tried to light the fire but the gas tank was empty. We immediately reached out to Stay Duvet and got a response that "unfortunately the city doesn't allow the gas fire pit". I stated that this was the reason we chose this house over others and they said for our trouble they would bring by some "bubbly". Well, we don't drink "bubbly" and I explained that there needed to be a significant price adjustment for our troubles. I even informed them that their deceptive pictures are still on this houses listing. The lady said someone from management would reach out to me the next day. Well no one reached out and they credited my credit card a measly amount not sufficient to substain a small family for the weekend at a local fast food restaurant ……on a 4 night trip. Seriously?? Thanks for taking the romance down a bit and not standing behind what you advertised! Its unfortunate that this home is not being represented accurately and I hope the property owner sees this review and makes some immediate corrections.

Great Property for Small Family/Group
Stayed here for a week with my wife and 18 year old daughter. The property was immaculate and we really loved all the character of the old home with all modern amenities. The neighborhood is clearly undergoing a lot of renovation, so there were some sidewalks and streets that were blocked nearby, but nothing we couldn’t easily work around. I was repeatedly amazed by the incredible breakfast and dining options within just a few blocks walk. Chubby Fish!!! Wow! We were sad to leave and would love to stay here again. Maybe next time not in July…
