Fairly disappointed

For the price it was not as nice as it should have been. There was painting bubbling on the walls and missising in a couple places. Marks all over the floors and dust packed vents and all over the ceiling fan. Whomever came up with the idea to only cover half of the shower should be fired. We reserved the room online and there was no mention of a bed fee. To my surprise for a one night stay it was an extra 125.00 to have a 7.5 lb 3 legged Chihuahua in our room. Which was on top off of the 200 plus dollars for the night. Although the free icecream in the lobby was nice.

We love the look of this hotel. The decorations are very costal. Color and beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The only thing i would suggest is a refresh of the bathtub. It is starting to show its age.

This was an excellent place to stay during our trip to Charleston. The staff was friendly, they had ice cream available after dinner and a wonderful coffee bar in the morning. We will be back!

Hidden fees are added to the price you pay on Exoedia, making the price much higher than advertised. For me, this takes the price to a level that isn't justified considering the service and facilities. Beautiful views of the harbor are the postive.

The resort was beautiful and the dining options were great. The staff was friendly, helpful and upbeat!! Truly enjoyed meeting and talking with Chip at The Bridge Bar. Our room had a spectacular view and the decor was beachy and cozy. The room could have been more clean and maintained better. The shower situation was less than ideal. With only a 1/2 glass divider it was chilly to shower and just awkward. My husband had to turn the shower on/off for me as it was very difficult to move the handle. There was no fan in the restroom and with the open shower it was very humid and steamy. The AC unit was SO loud when it turned on/off that it was quite disruptive to a good nights sleep.
