Reported light bulb out and it wasn't replaced before we left. Need vending machines Be nice to have shuttles to take visitors to tourist areas Most of the seasoned staff were super pleasant, The younger needs more customer care training.

Your property was so quiet!! We slept so well. Your front desk help was extremely friendly. Your pool was perfect for my lap swimming. Parking was so convenient. Breakfast options were amazing.

Tremika Copeland, the operations manager, was amazing! She went out of her way to find us a room to exchange when we told her the first room’s bed was too soft for us. The room was cozy and clean with the best towels and sheets. The lobby was great with a pantry, bar, and dining area. Parking was easy and in a free garage attached to the hotel. I would stay here again!

The hotel itself is very nice. The location isn't great for tourists. You have to drive or Uber everywhere. You can't even walk along the waterfront.

Disappointed former Hilton fan
Had a terrible room assignment. View of rooftop air conditioners/emergency generators, next to elevators, ice machine and housekeeping storeroom. Friends with us all had a marina view. When questioned, hotel said since I booked through a third party (hotels.com), I would need to pay a fee to upgrade to a better room. They were punishing me for not booking directly through them. Bed was not comfortable at all.

Three night stay
Rooms are comfortable with nice bathrooms but the TV's need to be updated. They have a nice pool area and a great rooftop space that is perfect for watching the sunset. The continental breakfast is very average so you might want to order off the menu. Staff at the front desk very friendly.
