Avaruus:
Tämä talo on ainutlaatuinen - ainutlaatuinen muotoilu yhdistää kodin historialliset elementit nykyaikaisen elämän ylellisyyksiin. Jokaisessa huoneessa on näkymä historialliselle arkkitehtuurille.

Talossa on ajotieltä 3 autolle - kadun pysäköinti on vain 1 tunti paitsi sunnuntaisin. Avoin pohjaratkaisu on takapihalle päin ja tarjoaa intiimiä kokemusta. Lukuisat ikkunat valaisevat tilaa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on yksi makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode ja puoli kylpyamme.

Yläkerrassa on vielä kolme makuuhuonetta, joista kahdessa on king-vuode ja toisessa kerrossänky (täysi / parivuode). On kaksi täyttä kylpyammeet ja pesula-alue, jossa on pinottava pesukone ja kuivaaja.

Kylpyhuoneessa on makuuhuone, jossa on king-vuode, suuri vaatekaappi ja uskomaton kylpyhuone, jossa on kynsien jalka-amme ja raikkaat pyyhkeet.

Talo on täysin varustettu keittiötarvikkeilla, kylpytuotteilla ja kaikella mitä tarvitset, jotta sinusta tuntuu olevan kotona.

On runsaasti ulkotilaa rentoutumiseen. Jokaisessa kerroksessa on patio, ja talon takapuolella on sisäpihan valaistus. Jokaisella alueella on istuimet ryhmääsi varten.

Naapurusto:
Elliotborough / Cannonborough -kaupunki on yksi Charlestonin niemimaan tulevista lähiöistä, ja uudet ja jännittävät yritykset avautuvat joka nurkkaan. Vain muutaman korttelin päässä on paikallisia kahviloita, leipomoita, päivittäistavaroita, baareja ja uskomattomia ravintoloita, jotka sopivat kaikkiin tarpeisiisi. Easter Family Fun

We had our two sons and their wives, along with our 7 month old grandson with us. It was a beautiful home with parking for up to three cars, which was nice when our daughter and her boyfriend visited. It was perfect to be right next door to Island Provisions for morning coffees and pastries. It was a very walkable location. The trash trucks and nearby bar could make things a little noisy at times, but all the rooms had sound machines, so it was never an issue. We had a great family vacation and made lots of memories there. We'd defintely stay here again.

Weekend in Charleston

We had an excellent experience with this property. We were 5 adults and my Golden Retriever. There was enough bedrooms and space for all of us. Everything was clean. The location is awesome. You can walk to all the restaurants and stores in Charleston. We had to travel Mount Pleasant and it is super convenient for this as well. The team is super responsive and answers your questions and needs immediately We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and house was clean & neat. Loved being able to walk over a few steps and get the best coffee from Island Provisions. My friends who slept upstairs heard some street noise during the night but the two of us downstairs slept like babies.

Family Get Together

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The great location, nice space with 2 1/2 bathrooms, 3 parking spaces & high chair worked well for our family to stay together on our vacation to Charleston. Very comfortable beds & linens. Convenient to nearby coffee shop & local pizza place. Host was very responsive to my questions & needs! We would stay there again!

Great house, great owners, great vacation!

We had to change our vacation plans last minute because a member of our family got covid. We found this location last minute and it was available, the renters were very accommodating for our last minute rental and even were accommodating when we had to extend our stay for an extra day. The check in process was super easy and they communicated with us throughout the whole process, answered any questions we had and responded very quickly. We really enjoyed our experience and would rent with them again. Thanks for the great time.

St Philip Street House-Charleston

House is quaint and just like photos. Upstairs rear bedroom warm due to high outside temps-should have portable fan for each bedroom, thank goodness I brought 1extra. Noise issue 1 night from dive bar next door rectified for remainder of stay after I called YOURPAD. Island Provisions next door was convenient. Liked having gate in driveway for added car security/privacy. Host is quick to return phone calls which we appreciated.

Not worth fees charged: not for family stay, no bowl for mixing pancake batter or muffins, dish towels wragged and frayed, no baking pan had to gi to store to purchase; immediate area did not appear safe; better off going with property managed by a rental co for fees charged

Family Trip to Charleston

Great location and plenty of room for our family of four to stay for the week. The backyard area was cozy and the beds were comfortable (more than most VRBOs). We loved the pizza place, Island Provisions, and Browns Court bakery all just a few steps from the front door.

Wonderful house with room to spread out

We had a great stay at this property - the house was clean, chic, and had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out after a long drive. Location was very convenient but the neighborhood had a lot of garbage and broken glass around, which made walking less pleasant. All in all, a wonderful stay!

Family Favorite!!

We stayed at a total of 5 VRBO properties over the course of two weeks and this was our favorite! Charming, colorful, clean, cozy, all the amenities we needed and more. We were SO comfortable and it was close to all the action yet quiet. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

Charleston Vacation

This was our second visit to Charleston and decided to go with a vacation rental rather then a hotel. We were very happy with our decision. We loved this house. Kids didn’t want to leave. Perfect for our small pup too. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Great location! Walked to King St. Short 3 min drive to downtown Charleston!

Great stay

This house is located in an excellent part of Charleston! Close to everything and the layout of the home was very good. Previous reviews mentioning the construction noise is accurate. The house next door is being renovated, so the noise starts early but settled by 4pm. There was also street work being done too at the same time. Most of the days, we were touring the city, so it didn’t bother us too much. Overall great stay!
