Around most areas to visit as a tourist for short wknd getaway, loved the bay view, clean and beds/pillows comfortable, over all O would have rated this hotel 5 however, both night stays I was unable to fall asleep until around 2-3am due to apparently the tin walls, we “my handicap son and I” were on 1st level handicap bathroom etc, 3 rooms above us, at 12 or so midnight, (and yes I get it) they were “hot loud and heavy on seggy” the next night, new comers in room beside us, younger, as I could hear if they “sneezed” again up until 3am they were having a good ole “party” no I didn’t report them as I sat and listened to them laugh, drink apparently, play and sing loudly to music and thought back to when I was younger and took trips with my friends so I was dare not reporting, well could be normal singing as the walls were thin I feel like, However I DO HAVE A SUGGESTION for you to possibly SOLVE the issue with me giving a 4* instead of 5* and that’s to separate placing younger on a certain floor, mid age, older and of course handicapped on 1st floor

1. Outdated Photos: The images on your website do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property, which led to some disappointment upon our arrival. 2. Door Lock Issues: The lock on our room door was malfunctioning, which caused us inconvenience and concern for our safety. 3. Bathroom Condition: The bathtubs in the bathroom were stained, and the sink did not have a stopper. This made our stay less comfortable than expected.

Needs maintenance, but nice marina
It was at the marina and there was a nice bar at the marina. It was great walking a few steps and then sit in at a bar overlooking the harbor and having a drink. If you get a room overlooking the Marina, it would be nice. Our room faced a dumpster and a busy road Place was not well-maintained. In our room there were two broken lights, rusty things broken shower rod curtain. Nice breakfast.

Staff very rude and not helpful at all.breakfast is of very low quality.Nothing for vegetarian accept bread butter .same items everyday.staff in dinning area yelling and telling guest off .we happening to ask for 2 teabags and we were told in loudest voice that we dont have it.we are not coffee drinkers.overall 4 days stay was awefull experience. Management seriously need to reviw the situation.Rooms has strong mouldy smell. Location is ok.good views if you get a good room.no shps close by .

Beautiful location! Room was not great, the bathtub had been painted over and was buckling up with holes, the drain was rusty and didn’t fit. The window was stained or just really dirty and moldy on the outside so that the view of the marina was ruined. With a bit of work this place could be great!

Rude customer service
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was ok, but this time was bad. First the check in process was bad, the front desk clerk gave me room that the door lock did not work, so i had to go back up there. Than he rekeyed the keys after i told him the door lock on the door is not working. Went back for a third time, asked for my money back so i could go somewhere else,now he has another room to give me. Check out morning, went to just get something to drink from the breakfast area and this black old lady with short blonde hair was very rude. All i asked was there anything to drink other than coffee. Very rude and mean. I definitely will think twice about staying here again!!!
