Location close to shopping and dining, walkable. Security with valet and in and out privileges. Room was very dated, less luxurious than expected. No fan in bathroom, very small shampoo provided . Bed very comfortable. Room had unappealing roof view, but not chosen for the view. Good Expedia discount and prior good reviews helped us choose. Staff were excellent. Would only stay again if we booked a nicer room.

The property is located on a well-lit, busy, and convenient street, which is great for accessibility. However, the room in the building is older and could benefit from some updates to make it more modern. While I have stayed in more updated hotels, the room served its purpose, and I was able to get some rest for the two nights I stayed. Overall, it did the job for a short stay

Room had a fantastic view but is in need pf basic cosmetic updates. Room with 1 queen is very small and bathroom was impossibility small (4x5), with a minuscule toilet and vanity. The lobby is beautiful and classy, which is why we chose the hotel. Too bad the coffee only comes in paper cups.

Property was nice and restaurant very good, but the service was so bad that I probably won’t stay again! Cleaning service missed us the first day and forgot to give us enough towels or any soap when they did come…and left a dirty washcloth with cleaning solution on it. Also, there wasn’t enough bellhop or valet staff, and we often waited over 15 mins to get our car—and upon check in and out the bell hop never showed, so we just brought down our own bags. What a bummer.
