Charleston Charm
First time visit to Charleston, this unit was very charming. We had everything we needed and more in the unit to enjoy our stay. You may want to reevaluate the coffee you provided for a starter, it was not good ,even the smell turned us off. The porch area was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. A little stool would be nice in the kitchen for us short people to reach into the high cabinets. Thank you for a great time !

Wonderful visit to Charleston
First time visiting Charleston and we had a great experience. Our apartment was located perfectly for getting around by foot or transit so we were able to see the whole city (and then some) in five short days. Looking forward to coming back!

A little too loud
If you aren’t used to staying in a more suburban area the noise from cars at night could be the reason for a real bad nights sleep. Overall the actual apartment was fantastic and the noise machine in the room was a nice touch.

Nice place, very clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. Great having a reserved parking spot. A little loud at night, kitchen pans could be a bit better quality. Enjoyed our stay.

Weekend Family Getaway
We had a great time sightseeing in the historic city of Charleston. We had a car so it was very convenient to have parking on site. The beds were comfortable and having a pull out sofa worked out great for our teenage sons who wanted more space etc.. The Duvet team was very responsive and location was easy access to all the sites in downtown Charleston and in the surrounding areas.

Great location
This little apartment is very very comfortable. The only thing that was difficult was that the noise around 9 PM on the street remained very loud. I think there was only about 6 hours of quiet time in order to sleep. But, if you are not a light sleeper, then this is the place for you! Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Great for a short stay
This is a great location and nice place overall. I didn’t realize beforehand that the washer and dryer are shared with other units and located outside the apartment. That was a bummer. Also, the comforter on the bed was stained. It seemed that the management company was aware of the stain from previous guests but still hadn’t replaced it. The neighborhood was very loud but we were well aware of that based on previous reviews so no surprise there. The kitchen was way too small for any serious cooking. Between the small kitchen and the shared washer/dryer, I wouldn’t want to stay there again for more than a night or two. But, for a short stay, it would be great!

Really nice location. Makes walking to everything easy. Can be really loud though, especially first thing in the morning with the bus and commuters. Also the master bedroom bed makes a lot of noise when you shift your weight. The bed in the other bedroom was comfortable though, as was the rest of the space.

great spot. loved being just far enough away
great spot. loved being just far enough away from the main drag yet close enough to walk. with all the good food in the area it was good to walk! walls and floors are paper thin but its a historic building. just play some white noise if you are a light sleeper. water pressure was extremely low in bathroom sink to point of almost being useless but shower and kitchen were fine. not enough to ding it. onsite parking that was off street was nice to have and we felt safe our whole trip. would come back again.

Fun weekend!
We loved our stay. The only draw back was that it was loud at night....helicopters and sirens. We love the location as we were there to tour College of Charleston and was able to walk back and forth to campus. We loved the Vietnamese restaurant across the street! Bon Bahn Mi

Vacation stay!
Overall good experience. Great location and convenient to everything! However, the directions listed to enter the home were not very detailed and parking spots were VERY tight. The box spring was squeaky in the bedroom. Other than that, great place to stay for any vacation!

Noisy
The King bed was awful. Every time you moved it made so much noise. Im not sure if it was the mattress or the box spring but it was ridiculous. Every time my husband would roll over it would wake me up. The duvet cover had stains in it! Gross! The apartment is smaller than the photos on line. Also it is in a flight path and next to a hospital so you will hear sirens all night. I would not reccomend this place.

Nice property and very clean. Good for a long weekend. Unit B and C are upstairs so if steps are a problem request a lower unit. Spring Street can be a little busy but the noise did not bother us. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more towels.

Charleston is here Wish you were Beautiful
The Apartment was Clean, and as described. We had to Vacate the premises at 11am on our First Day, after getting in at 1am due to a "fire alarm testing" that was not disclosed to us until the day we were to arrive. Upon returning, house keeping was parked crooked in our spot making parking precarious. The next morning the neighbors children were very noisy yelling and running up and down the porches (right outside the bedroom) at 7am. There is a loose shutter on the outside that bangs every time the wind blows. Then the Second day we were unable to utilize the Porches because they were being pressure washed. The location is noisy, the Parking is hazardous at best, and its not truly in downtown We were able to walk to downtown (about 20 min) and the area seems fairly safe, but we won't rent this apartment again it didn't suit our needs and for the price it wasn't any benefit from a hotel for just 2 people
