Great experience during our stay. Only request would be to add soft close to hotel room doors. I could hear other people's doors slam during both day and night. Otherwise clean, professional, attentive staff and interesting decor.

Excellent location walkable everywhere. Friendly staff and a text to them gets anything you need. My only complaint was a ground floor room that overlooked a parking lot so we couldn’t leave our blinds up.

Fun vibe and nice amenities. Quick stroll to the waterfront, lots of dining and coffee shops, and the Charleston Market. Valet parking was efficient and could be done via texting which was convenient. Great rooftop restaurant/bar and nicer sit-down restaurant (dinner only) as well.

Starting at check in and through out our stay Danielle Bookal, guest experience manager, was helpful and informative. Every greeting with a smile. Hospitality from valet guy was great. From arriving to leaving our stay was fabulous and I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Our reservation was cancelled by the manager (Jessica) the day we arrived. We had received a text from her and responded that we would be arriving within the hour. We were given an upgraded room for the inconvenience but that room was directly over a delivery door of some sort. 2 and 3am loud noises from delivery drivers for hours at a time. Not the fault of the hotel but there was rusty water for our shower the day of check out due to the Fire Department using a hydrant for a fire near by. No one alerted us to advise not to shower or brush teeth. It was disgusting and alarming to see the rust/sediment on the towels when drying off. The housekeeping was wonderful and polite. Rooftop bar staff was great as well. Valet brought the wrong car when requested thankfully it was not at a time when we needed to be somewhere by a certain time. Overall, the hotel experience was average at best and some staff pretentious and not welcoming.
