Love this location. Central to everything. Easy to get in and out. Well lit, great parking, felt very safe, great restaurants close by. Great TV w Netflix option. Even the most modern hotel will have cable-I don’t get it.

This hotel has the most delicious breakfast and the parking is free!!! The room was clean and we had a good bed! Slept wonderful! The workers were very pleasant and I will go againn

Good location away from downtown but still close enough for quick trips in for restaurants or to explore. Good amount of parking and staff was always friendly and available. To note, we stayed for 3 nights and did not receive any room cleaning. To us this wasn’t a big deal and we would choose to stay here again. I just wish the bathrooms had hooks for the towels!

First Time in Charleston
When taking a shower the water would run outside the shower onto the floor and we would end up using our clean towels to mop up the water. Also, the electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work, a new light bulb was needed in the lamp fixture and there was adequate cookware or cooking utensils for cooking. Although these issues are minor and required little to no effort to take care of but our issues was never taken care or fulfilled.

Charlie greeted me upon arrival. She made me feel welcomed. Her and Michelle were both great. Staff is friendly and greets you every time you walk in. Hotel is clean and quiet with free parking.
