The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. They could have more variety as far as coffee creamers are concerned. The first night my husband was bothered by someone walking back and forth on floor above us. Second night was ok as far noise. My husband did start feeling sick because of the air conditioning or something in the room. The shower liner was mildew and needed to be replaced. I won’t be staying here on my next visit to Charleston.

Everything was really nice at the TownePlace Suites. Our bathroom door was very squeaky and loud which was disturbing at night, otherwise all good. Breakfast always included a large selection that worked for all of us. Very nice place and would stay there again.

The rooms of each family member that stayed at this property had a terrible odor, which my sister described as smelling like a dog had been smoking in the room. The shower door in my room was in need of repair, which resulted in water leaking all over the floor when using the shower, and the curtains were held up with a zip tie. The staff were very friendly, but the housekeeping and building maintenance are in need of change.

The staff here are one of a kind! They went above and beyond on our stay. They are friendly, kind and always have a smile on their face. Our room was spotless and was over all great! We will definitely stay here again.
