We arrived at 8:00 pm to find the hotel lobby closed and had to call a number to get someone to check us in. Lobby, room, and hallway had a very bad odor. Exterior was very dark and scary. Our room had peeling paint on door frame to bathroom and furnishing were from the 1970's. We immediately left without staying the night and drove 3 hours to get home after a long day in Charleston. Took several pictures and tried to attach but no luck.

The Property was slightly out of sight kinda scary area,I smelt a oder of Mold.
Had a leaky AC, had to keep towels down on floor, got locked out of room at night and didn’t have a shirt on because I was just smoking and had to wake my partner up to come get me in because no shirt no service. It was ok bed was squeaky and lousy. Hot water decent shower; room kinda cramped if your staying long term.
Booked a room, arrived later in the day. There is no on site staff after 8 pm. I called prior to arriving hours earlier to make sure everything is okay, and they confirmed it was okay. Once I arrived, they have a phone to call to check in. Unfortunately when arriving I was notified that my room was not available. Paid prior in advance with the parking lot half empty. Makes no sense and had to rush to find a room for my family last minute.

these extended stay rooms have no coffee maker nor dishes to cook or eat with. No one is ever at the front desk, the tv remotes do not work, microwave looked as if it had caught fire, No blankets in the room, no utensils nor glassed in the room, If you are staying longer than one night for an extended stay you have to supply everything, Might as well spend the extra money somewhere else that will supply the things you need for an extended stay
Cockroaches, dirty floors, boogers on shower walls, hairs on bedding & towels. A/C made a loud dripping noise all night. Entire hotel smelled like wet dog. This place should never be offered on Expedia. Refund requested & waiting on it. Can’t get hotel to answer the phone.
