Perfect In-Town Bungalow

Welcome to our beautiful in-town cottage! They always say location, location, location and that’s what we have! We are conveniently located 1.5 blocks from picturesque downtown Charlevoix…a mere 3-minute walk. Don’t bother battling the traffic. Just park your car and enjoy all that Charlevoix has to offer!
The space
Our beautiful home is a recently renovated 3 bedroom/2 full bathroom updated with a cute cottage flare. On the main floor, you will find a full kitchen stocked with all you need to cook breakfast, a casual meal or a full dinner if you like. All-Clad cookware, Smeg coffee pot, Williams Sonoma dishes, a Kitchen Aid mixer and all the serving pieces, platters, bakeware, kitchen gadgets and appliances you’ll need! A spacious dining room also offers a sliding glass door and access to the beautiful side yard and deck. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite afternoon beverage. The living room is nicely outfitted with new upscale furnishings and a gas fireplace for those chillier evenings. Also feel free to enjoy your favorite show or movie on the flat screen TV or listen to your favorite Pandora or Spotify station on the Sony sound system. You will also find a generous, updated full bathroom with tub, a bedroom furnished with a new queen-size bed, dresser and nightstands as well as a foyer, mud room and stackable washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, one with a new full-size bed and built-in desk and the other with a new queen-size bed, dresser, nightstands, walk-in closet and bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower wand. There is outdoor seating on the front porch and ample off-street parking on the side and rear of the house. We can also provide a gas BBQ grill upon request if you like.

Feel free to fill the fridge with goodies from Oleson’s grocery store, stop for those quick last-minute items at Bridge Street convenient store, take in a movie at Charlevoix Cinema or enjoy a delicious meal at either Terry’s and Villager Pub all within a 3-minute walk away. Take a 4-minute stroll and enjoy a cool ice cream treat from the Dairy Grill, a nice, upscale meal at Grey Gables, boating at the Marina or head to the center of town and East Park where all the summer concerts, festivals and fairs are held. Tour the historic Mushroom Houses, spend a day at the beach or enjoy your favorite cocktail and sunset from Vue Wine Bar in 10 minutes or less.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the kitchen, full backyard and every room in the house. The only places our guests will not have access to is the garage and basement.

My Sisters, their husbands and I had a wonderful four days at the bungalow. It's location was ideal and everything needed for a comfortable stay was at hand. If I reuturn to Charlevoix the bungalow will be my first choice.
