Charming Stay in Charlotte!
I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!

Convenient and Quaint
Don’t hesitate to book this craftsman cottage! It’s a convenient location to the mall, the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the downtown area, and yet, it was such a quaint area. We were even walking distance from a coffee shop. The girls enjoyed riding their scooters on the sidewalk, rocking on the front porch, and lounging in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a restful night of sleep. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will be back!

A Top-Choice Stay!
Where do I begin? I have stayed at various locations while traveling, but this one stands out. From the moment we stepped into this VBRO, it felt like we won the vacation home lottery! Firstly, a big shoutout for the cleanliness and comfort - 5 stars aren't enough! Now, let's talk about those beds. I've slept on clouds less comfy than those mattresses! I half-expected a fairy tale character to knock on the door and ask if they could have their magical bed back. The ample towels and linens made us feel like royalty. And that coffee? I think it's brewed from magic beans or something because each morning felt enchanted. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable with these delightful touches. If you're reading this and considering booking, don't think twice. You'll thank me later! I almost forgot, but the host's customer service and response time were exceptional. I asked a ton of questions. Yet, every single reply was professional, polite, and quickly addressed. Respectfully, Milton S. (and the very well-rested travel squad)

Perfect house!
My family loved this house! Wonderful location close to shops, restaurants and downtown Charlotte. The kitchen was fully stocked - there was even an electric kettle (very important for British people like myself so we can make tea!). The house was clean - soft bedding and lots of fluffy towels. Off street parking and a lovely porch for relaxing. This really is a gem and I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely deserves five star ratings.

Great house in a great location.
Four of us rented this house while we were in town for Memorial Day weekend. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean house in a hip, safe neighborhood. Close to breweries, eateries, etc. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again if we're ever in Charlotte.

Enjoyed the location of this cute house. We could walk to several restaurants and the ice cream shop! Was a good starting point for us for going to Carowinds and the US National Whitewater center. Loved the set up of the home, with 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side.

Charm and location!
We LOVED this property. The home is absolutely charming! We loved the layout, style and decor. The home was super clean and even smelled good when we arrived. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a mile outside of city of Charlotte but also walking distance to some great breweries, restaurants and shops. I worked in the area during the week while my kids homeschooled. The home was set up perfectly for what we needed it for. Jason and Alexis were both very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Everything we needed was provided for us and the check-in and check-out process was a dream. We can’t wait to return!

House was really cute, clean and nicely decorated. It is close to downtown and near several restaurants and shops. The beds were also very comfortable. The only con for us was there was only one TV in the whole house. Our teenagers would’ve enjoyed having their own to watch. If ever in Charlotte, I would definitely rent again.

Great location - house is in poor shape
If you are looking for a great location, nice little neighborhood, and inexpensive price then this is a good place. But understand, you get what you pay for. The home is in poor shape with a lighting fixture dangling from the ceiling, random microwave sitting on the kitchen floor, door knob to master bath doesn’t work correctly so our guests would get locked in the bathroom (funny thinking about it now I guess, but annoying at the time), 4th bedroom is really an office. Just a poorly maintained and unprofessionally updated craftsman. So if you are looking for something “nostalgic” then I think you’ll be fine. But if you think you found a “deal” you didn’t. Checkin was easy, property was clean, manager responsive

Wonderful Quick Weekend Away
Our group was only in Charlotte for a long weekend and this property fit the bill perfectly. The location was ideal, providing lots of restaurants and micro-breweries within walking distance. The bedrooms were amply sized and the kitchen, dining and living rooms provided comfortable spaces to gather as a group. You might want to bring some of your own cooking supplies if you want to be aggressive in the kitchen, but if you are making simple meals, the onsite items provided are adequate. The host was quick to respond and bent over backwards to accommodate all our needs. Overall, this is a great property! Highly recommended!
