This facility overbooked and I was turned away at the door. I am struggling to get a refund from Expedia several days later. I was instructed by the hotel staff to "refund through Expedia" and now I'm being told the opposite by Expedia. The entire process has been frustrating.

Not as bad as the EconoLodge across the street. Everything was run down, filthy, and broken, but after one night at the EconoLodge, it looked good by comparison. The staff was very nice and responsive, however.

The sign says la Quinta which was very confusing. Area around the hotel was sketchy which was not their fault. Breakfast was not there on our first morning. No milk no cereal. The room was good

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seem. I've traveled for 30 years, and this was the worst. It actually looks condemnable. Wish i could post pictures. Somehow the blinds had an 8 inch circle of hair on it. Hallways filthy, bathroom filthy. Cigarette burns everywhere. Pillows smelled disgusting, I put a towel on top of the pillow. Rugs completely filthy. Room smelled like marijuana and cheap incense. Chair arms and seat were black, on a tan chair. I normally never leave reviews, except good ones. Families should never come here. Never saw anything like it.

I didn’t like —the coffee pots in lobby were empty and when asked-was told no one was there who could make more. Room 435 has a broken vanity cabinet-it falls down at will-very disgusting the phone in room 435 doesn’t work and you could not reach the front desk. I had to go to front desk to make my needs known. Very much disappointed in the room and facility. The lady at check in was friendly enough and the lady she got from housekeeping was very helpful in bringing extra towels, coffee packets and extra bedding. I believe her name was Dawn or Jessica. She gets a thumbs up

When we got off the floor to our room, it smelled like urine. There was only one towel in the room went to ask for a hand towel and washcloth. They said they had no washcloths. Supposedly got the last hand towel. When first asked, was given a bathmat instead. Internet for the TV was not working. Property was sold and was not made aware and so had extreme difficulty finding the property in the meantime had rented another room. So that was another expense.
