Not impressed
The place overall was modern and seemed to be a new development however the inside had a lot of little things such as marks on the walls, marks on the steps, weak chairs, dirty bedding. I had to wash my sheets and comforters before I went to bed. Appliances were nice and the set up was nice but I think this would be a great spot with a fresh paint job and some new bedding.

I would definitely visit again.
I'm a picky person, so if I enjoyed my stay that says a lot. I would highly recommend this gem. It was 5 minutes from downtown.

Nice property
Very nice property I would say add TVs in the bedrooms, provide larger towels and add another sofa in the living room area. The overall neighborhood and property was nice and well decorated

This property has great potential, but falls shorts of comfortable.
Great location, well maintained exterior and the property contact was impressively responsive upon my calling. However upon arrival, the kitchen table had crumbs on it, there was carryout trash in the closet and no floors had been swept. There was grass, pet hair, food and dead bugs on the floors throughout. Our contact had someone come very quickly to address the issues, however their attention to detail still lacked. I'm not sure the rugs or carpets were vacuumed and the corners and baseboards remained dusty and dirty. Walls are scuffed and need wiped down at a minimum. Also, the furniture in this unit is incredibly uncomfortable. The couch is very worn and the beds very basic. Linens were well worn. Dishes in the kitchen were minimal and appear to be a mix and match of someone's used collections. Overall, the unit has great potential, but lacks the comforts and amenities to justify the cost.

Beautiful, great location, could be somewhat cleaner and doesn’t have a sleeper sofa
The townhouse was so cute and the beds were very comfy!! The location is perfect and the communication was very quick. The two car garage was nice and there were always other parking spots around as well. I would say that it could be a little cleaner- my feet were very dirty after walking around the space barefoot and I found some areas that needed some extra attention, but overall it was very presentable. Our biggest issue is that it was advertised as two queen beds and a sleeper sofa (space for 6) and there was no sleeper sofa. So do not plan to stay here with 6 people unless you have an air mattress or something. Another note: there are very basic things stored - like 2 pans 2 pots, one baking sheet, some plates and bowls and silverware. So if you need anything specific, be sure to bring it!

Home is beautiful and perfectly located to access the CBD and surrounding area. The arrival info was great. The booking process was simple and efficient and the price was reasonable. This could have been spectacular but it fell short. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults. There are 4 dining chairs and 4 bar stools but the couch barely sits 3. There were 2 place mats on the dining table, 3 coffee mugs and one wine glass. The door to the "patio" had no curtains so privacy could have been an issue. All simple stuff to imporve and make the place one of the best.

Great Place, Convenient location
The townhouse was clean, attractive and our stay was great. Parking garage space made loading/unloading more convenient. The location to downtown Charlotte and 77/85 junction sold it for us! Grocery store nearby.
