Went to the front desk 2 times to get the key the last time I went down oh sorry put the wrong room number on the key.Then found a bug crawling on the side table to top that off got up in the morning and no hot water to take a shower. Not a good place to stay.

I would like to say love the area but I checked in. To a dirty room bugs in my bathtub. Upon checking my bed I found a crack stem under the mattress. After I mentioned my issues. And left for work I returned to a message from the front desk that my room smelled of smoke when I do not smoke anything. I feel I was racially profiled only because it was an incident of being inconvenient for the lady to switch my rooms .

This Hotel is absolutely nasty I checked in that went perfect went to our room and soon as we entered the room there was active German roaches as I work pest control and know what to look for in the bed sheets and near the air conditioning unit we did not even stay the night there because of the bug infestation that was current even during the day time as German roaches usually come out at night very nasty!!

Never had hot water in 10 days. Stayed at the Ramada and the Clarion. The elevators wouldn't work off and on. Very poor customer service all the way around including the general manager. Very very bad attitudes

overall, the hotel was not bad for a one night stay however the shuttle driver literally pulled off at 5:59 because he couldn’t wait one minute until my husband comes down.. The convenient of staying at the hotel for the airport shuttle was pointless since we had to take am Uber so as to not miss our flight. we were not the only guest several guest were on the way down the shuttle left empty what a shame

Stayed here, due to cancelled flight. NEVER again!
Only stayed here because flight got cancelled. One shuttle running a 30 minute loop for three hotels. Hotel pictures were deceptive. Run down. Stinky room. Terrible pillows. Dusty, loud bathroom fan. AC was cold but loud. Tenets were extremely loud. Family got put in a handicap-accessible room... we're not handicap. Advertised "queen" beds... and they were maybe "full"... maybe??? No USB plugs. Hotel was extremely crowded, but the airport was also a zoo... with hundreds of flights cancelled. Shuttle service back to the airport the next day was overbooked and not available, and LYFT cost me $38, to get back to the airport after four hours of "attempted sleep." No breakfast. In desperation... I overpaid for this room. We not stay again.
