We called 5 times from the airport, no one picked up the phone and the free shuttle service never came. We eventually had to take a Lyft and were not reimbursed. When we arrived, after checking in we were told the elevator was not working so we had to carry our luggage to the THIRD FLOOR! No manager was working and we were told we couldn’t be reimbursed and no rooms were available on the lower levels. Awful experience.

I asked for a nonsmoking room and my room stunk of cigarette smoke. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The door lock latch was in disrepair. No floor mat in the bathroom. The airport shuttle took over 45 minutes to pick me up after I called twice. There was a metal bedroom that extended four inches past the bed that I hit with my ankle twice. The positive: no bed bugs.

Property staff was very helpful. Property is pretty old, rooms could have been cleaner, found lots of hair. Elevator floors are not clean. Pool water is smelly.

Not impressed at all…

The front desk staff was nice, but they seemed a bit overwhelmed. My room was dirty and I tried calling the front desk a few times and couldn’t reach them. Someone else’s hair was on the comforter, the floor everywhere), a bunch of junk on the floor in front of my door, the floors in the rooms needed to be swept, the desk in the room had something on the top of it. The water pressure was horrible for my room and even the room down the hall. My sheets had stains on them, therefore I didn’t sleep in them. I had a horrible day with my travel and all the multiple cancellations we had to deal with, and walking into this made things even worse. My advice to you, spend the extra 20-30 bucks and stay somewhere else.

Last minute late booking and was able to ride the last shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Expedia listing said 1 free drink per person up to 4 people. The hotel did not honor that. The room surfaces (toilet seat, night table, parts of floor floor) were dirty. Beds seemed clean and we were tired so we went to bed as we had to be back up to get on the 5am shuttle.

The walls are very hollow so every time someone opened and closed their door, I could hear it slam. The breakfast was average. The room could have been cleaner. They left a small face towel hanging in the bathroom from the previous person. They were cracks in the floor,and the baseboards had not been cleaned.
