My only problem we had was not enough towels in the bathroom, i asked the manager for towels and recieved them. I found the night manager/ house keeping guy at night was the bomb. He would have towels and wash clothes layed out for us every night, so we could shower after being at the dirt race track at Charlotte NC.

In our room it looked like some repairs had been done but were done poorly. There was an electrical outlet laying on a counter. Paint touch ups poorly done.

The staff was amazing!! Very helpful. The only complaint I have is that guest smoke at the side access doors and there are cigarette butts all over the ground even though there is an ashtray provided

Hotel and room was clean, friendly staff and excellent customer service. I had left an item in my room and they had found it and put in lost and found. When I asked about paying to have it shipped to me because I had already left town they just went ahead and shipped and didn’t charge.

We had 3 rooms reserved after a long flight. Front desk lady did not greet us with a friendly attitude. No direction given about breakfast served and times. Bed was comfortable but pillows was very small.

We just stayed one night and it was great. The free breakfast was the norm and was good. Looking out my room window, the pool looked like it needed vacuuming, although I personally didn’t use it. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.
