Check your shuttle times
Nice hotel that offers shuttles to the airport and you have to pay for parking. Flight landed back in Charlotte at 2 and I called hotel apparently shuttle dosent run from 12-4 so I had to get an uber which cost $30. I didn't save any money by parking there.

Scam! Unprofessional! Terrible!
I did not stay. I got an email that stated that there was an issue with my payment and that my reservation would not be good unless I contacted the hotel within 24 hours of the email. One, it was more than 24 hours before I read the email and when I did read it and tried to call, no one picked up. It rang and rang. I assumed and hoped that was the end of it and we made other arrangements. Then I received a text at 11:15 pm from my bank saying there were charges on my account so I reported them as fraud. My card was charged six times from 10/24 -10/26 six times from $1 - over $300. All charges were different. I find it interesting that you said my room was canceled due to an issue with my payment, yet you used my payment to try and charge me six times. Thank GOD my bank is amazing and on top of things. Now I have to deal with getting a new card, number and setting up my accounts again.

The price was reasonable, the staff worked with me to straighten out a snafu that was entirely my own fault. However, the accommodations were fairly ratty, with holes in the curtains and damage to the lamp shades: not a huge issue but not a good look.

Traffic noise all night
I am sorry to report that while this hotel was very convenient to the Charlotte Airport (and that was our goal) there were two factors that negatively impacted our stay. First, the hotel reception staff was quite grim. While she assisted us, she was not at all pleasant and gave the clear message that we were impeding on her relaxing time. Second, our room was on the side that faced the freeway and the traffic noise throughout the entire night was unbearable. Since we had to catch the airport shuttle at 5:00 am, we needed to get some sleep. The traffic noise kept us awake all night. This is the first time I have experienced this in a hotel. Maybe the other side of the building was quieter but we had a restless night.

We came in town for a concert. We knew check in was at 3:00. We didn't arrive until 3:45. Our room was not ready. We were told we would have to wait 30 minutes and that the hotel was sold out (not my fault). We waited in the lobby and after 35 minutes it was ready so at 4:20. We went to our room and found it dirty and run down. The bathroom had mildew or mold and the floor had hair on it (not ours as we are both blond and it was long black hairs. The window sill was dusty and dirty. We had no other options. Contacted front desk and they said they had no other rooms. We didn't have time to move hotels as we had to leave for the concert in an hour and we didn't get back until 12:30 AM. We did not shower in the bathroom and we left the next morning as soon as we woke up. Thought we would check out breakfast. Walked in and it was 82 degrees. Everyone was complaining. My daughter made a waffle and got her orange juice and the juice was brown. Alerted the kitchen staff they said it was fine and probably got mixed with the apple juice. Nope, several other kids and adults in there tasted it and said it was bad. So we promptly left and got breakfast on the road. I will never return to this hotel!

I guess they didn't clean this sink near the refrigerator or it was rusted. We did not use this sink.

The beds were very comfortable but the pull out sofa wasn’t so comfortable. Close to the concert we went to so that was a plus. The only thing they don’t tell you about whole booking is you have to pay for parking. First time ever had to pay for parking at a motel.

The hidden fess for everything is a bit much. then a parking ticket in the AM when you get to your car. the attendant spoke nothing of a need to pay for parking !! never !! she was very quiet did speak clearly. the front entrance @ 2pm was over flowing with garbage.

Hotel is older but clean. Bed was comfortable. They charge for parking. How? It so remote why charge your guests for parking??? The front desk seemed bothered by our limited interaction of check in. Not the best experience but priced right.
