Breakfast staff left multiple things empty and messy. Breakfast hostess was on her phone with an AirPod in. Sausage was very overcooked. Only powdered creamer for the coffee. Coffee station was low on everything. Inside the hotel room things looked nice except for the carpets. The hotel lobby couch and outdoor areas were filthy dirty. Airport Van had a very dented side panel that should have been repaired. This facility should be on Corporate’s “naughty list”

Try to avoid…tolerable if no other good choices
This place is on the “other side” of the highway…reasonable price but…ugh…did not feel real clean…kinda oogy…would not stay here again unless desperate…in this case it was a price sensitive late in the discussion booking and we didn’t have many options that were real close to CLT Airport

It was nasty. We asked to see our room before we paid and they said no. I’m not sure they’ve ever vacuumed. There was pubic hair on the toilet. Dirt in the sheets. Residue on all the hard surfaces. The bathroom hadn’t been moped. We did not stay. We hope to get our money back. Very disappointed. It looked great online. Never again. Do not stay here.

The area was not the best but that’s not their fault. The room was clean but extremely basic. The staff at front desk weren’t the nicest nor were they expedient. The lobby perfume is way too strong and I’m not one that it normally bothers. Not sure how sound the second floor is because we were on bottom floor and all night I heard floor creaking and people walking around. The doors and walls were paper thin. I’ve stay at other county inn and suites and this is by far the worst one I have ever been to. I probably would not stay here again. I would have been better at a motel I think.

This was a night from hell. I book my room in advance to attended a funeral. I traveled from Florida and had to go to funeral home from the airport. After spending time with family and friends we head back to check into the hotel around 7:30 to find out they canceled our reservation. First the guys said it was canceled because the name on the reservation was different from the card used to book the room. If they paid attention they would see the last names were the same. My husband demanded a room, we were told they had no available rooms. We asked to speak to a manager or someone in changed and was told none were currently available. We then said we were not leaving until we got a room. The gentle man at the front desk went in the back and made a phone call to someone then came back and told us his manger said we could get a room at walk in price. $200 more than what we had booked the room for. While waiting around I started observing the property. It looked a little run down. We ended up sleeping in our car because rooms were unavailable were where we checked. We had a 6:00am flight the next day back to Florida. Very disappointed never in my life had I ever I this experience. The guy just kept saying are you going to book the room or not.

Decent Airport Hotel
I've been looking for a hotel close to the airport that is above average cleanliness, comfort and security. This may be it, and I will stay here again. Pros: spacious, clean, updated room; reasonably comfortable bed with nice bedding; hallways and common areas clean and well-lit; easy airport access; decent value. Unknown: quality of breakfast, but coffee was good; parking lot security because I lucked out with space in front. Cons: Check-in at 10pm after long international flight was delayed 30 min because desk clerk was having difficulty and had to wait for supervisor to assist, and he was driving the airport shuttle; area surrounding the hotel looks a little sketchy and its a little isolated.

The room seemed clean enough but the hotel itself was not. They only had one person behind the desk and during check in, there was a line of 5 people waiting -- and every person took at least 10 minutes to check in. The parking lot was so full of potholes it was hard to drive through.

Curtains did not stretch across the window so no privacy and lots of light at night . No cereal at breakfast. Three cigarette burns on top sheet of bed. Second floor hallway needs to be vacuumed. Way to much money for such conditions.
