We have stayed here every year , a group of us - disappointed that you Did not have shuttle running in the past for Backyard Ballantyne Whiskey festival , this was our third year , when they have special functions you should offer shuttle like you have in past . Its normally 20 or so people - we will rethink our stay

HUGE issue with TV! The Remote TV Guide lists HBO channels, but there is no HBO. Only Showtime. SO the Guide is inaccurate and of zero use! Unable to know what programs were available for 4 days/nights. Front desk employees said it was “out of their control” and a “Marriott Issue” they had no control over. Also, Business Center is in an open area in the lobby, so inappropriate for a Zoom call or actual true business dealings.

Get couples getaway
Room and facility was clean. Wish room was a little bigger, but was adequate for a couples getaway birthday celebration! Will return with the kids to use indoor pool ans wish we would have went outside to enjoy the beautiful fire pit and pond!
