Easy and fast check in. Bartender early morning was very customer oriented, kudos. Both receptionist were unfriendly, not a great first impression. Complimentary water should have been offered at check in like to other guests. Again, there’s no second chance for the first impression. Great rooms. Very clean.

The hotel staff was very nice but the AC unit was extremely loud and needs to be replaced. We asked but was told they have a bunch that was and maintenance has tried to fix them. The bed was extremely hard.

The room I reserved on Hotels.com was for a king size bed. When we arrived they said we reserved 2 queens although I had the receipt that was emailed to me that verified a king bed. The attendant was very nice and accommodated us. She said that 3rd party vendors (Hotels.com) always do this...

Service was great , room was clean and everything in working order. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was very hard and sleep was terrible. That is my only complaint about our stay .
